«ՉԻ». Արմեն Աշոտյանի վրա հարձակման փաստով Բելգիայից տեղեկություններ չեն տրամադրում

«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Հունիսի 24-ին ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախկին նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը Facebook-ի իր էջում տեղեկացրել էր, որ Բելգիայի Լյուվեն քաղաքում իր գտնվելու ընթացքում վերջին գիշերը հյուրանոցի մուտքի մոտ ենթարկվել է հարձակման։ «Բելգիական ոստիկանությունը ընթացք է տվել գործին», գրել էր Արմեն Աշոտյանը։ Օգոստոսի 30-ին արդեն մամուլը, հղում անելով Բելգիայի ոստիկանության իրենց աղբյուրներին, գրել էր, որ Բելգիայի ոստիկանությունը վերջերս բացահայտել է Աշոտյանի վրա իրականացված հարձակման կատարողներին, որոնք, ինչպես պարզվել է, շարքային կողոպտիչներ են եղել եւ ցանկացել են նախկին նախարարին թալանել»։
Հենց այդ օրերին մեզ հաջողվեց գտնել Լյուվեն քաղաքի ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանման հեռախոսահամարը։ Հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ մեզ հորդորեցին մեր հարցերը գրավոր ուղարկել համապատասխան էլեկտրոնային հասցեով։ Այդպես էլ արեցինք՝ շարադրելով մեր հարցերը, որոնք այսպիսին էին. «Խնդրում ենք հնարավորության շրջանակներում տրամադրել տեղեկատվություն՝ արդյոք Բելգիայի ոստիկանությունը գտե՞լ է հանցագործներին։ Իսկապե՞ս նրանք ցանկացել են կողոպտել ՀՀ քաղաքացուն, թե՞ ոչ։ Ի՞նչ ընթացքում է այս գործը, կան հարցաքննվածներ, թե՞ ոչ։ Կանխավ շնորհակալություն»։
Մեր հարցման պատասխանն այդպես էլ չստացանք, փոխարենը կոնտակտային հեռախոսահամարով մեզ զանգահարեցին հետ ու բացատրեցին, որ Լյուվենի ոստիկանությունը տեղեկություն չի տրամադրում այս կամ այն գործի վերաբերյալ։ Փոխանցեցին, որ գործի նյութերին կարող է ծանոթանալ տուժողը կամ, այսպես կոչված, նրա ներկայացուցիչը՝ փաստաբանը։ Երբ ասեցինք, որ լրագրող ենք, եւ կողոպտվածն էլ մեր հանրապետությունում հանրային-քաղաքական դեմք է, դրա համար էլ փորձում ենք պաշտոնապես ճշտել, քաղաքակիրթ ձեւով կրկնեցին՝ «Ոչնչով չենք կարող օգտակար լինել, ներողություն»:
