Մեկնարկեց դպրոցականների շախմատային 11-րդ օլիմպիադան

 Երևանի շախմատի ակադեմիայում մեկնարկեց հանրապետության դպրոցականների շախմատային օլիմպիադայի Երևանի քաղաքի համայնքային մրցափուլը, որի բացմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը և Շախմատի ակադեմիայի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Սմբատ Լպուտյանը:

«Մենք շախմատը՝ որպես կրթական ձև, դարձրեցինք համաշխարհային բրենդ: Ամբողջ աշխարհում են ընդունում Հայաստանի հեղինակությունը և առաջատարությունը: Եվ այստեղ մեծ է ֆեդերացիայի և պարոն Լպուտյանի դերը»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նախարար Մկրտչյանը:

Երևանի շախմատի ակադեմիայի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Սմբատ Լպուտյանը շնորհավորելով պատանի շախմատիստներին և հաջողություն մաղթելով նրանց՝ շեշտեց. «Մրցաշարը շատ ցանկալի է դարձել երեխաների համար: Գիտեմ, որ մեծ է մրցակցությունը երեխաների միջև: Շնորհակալություն բոլորիդ, որ կարողանում եք այսպիսի գեղեցիկ օլիմպիադա անցկացնել»:

Շախմատային օլիմպիադաներն անցկացվում են 4 փուլով՝ ներդպրոցական, ընդհանուր թիմային մրցաշար, մարզային, և վերջին փուլում որոշվում է հաղթողը:

Այս տարի օլիմպիադայի առաջին փուլին մասնակցել են մինչև 14 տարեկան  մոտ  15 000 դպրոցական: Յուրաքանչյուր թիմ բաղկացած է 4 խաղացողից (3 տղա և 1 աղջիկ): Օլիմպիադան անցկացվում է շվեյցարական մրցակարգով:

Օլիմպիադաները կազմակերպվում են Հայաստանի շախմատի ակադեմիայի, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության և Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության համատեղ ջանքերով:
