ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ հարկերը, տուրքերը կամ պարտադիր այլ վճարումները վճարելուց չարամտորեն խուսափելու և մաքսանենգություն կատարելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործերի ուսումնասիրությամբ բացահայտվել են ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության Գուգարքի տարածաշրջանային բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձա նց կողմից առերևույթ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահման դեպքեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Մասնավորապես՝ ուսումնասիրությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության Գուգարքի տարածաշրջանային բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձինք «ՍԵՄ ՏՐԱՆՍ» ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից 2015թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին ՀՀ ներմուծված ապրանքների մաքսային հսկողության իրենց պարտականությունը պատշաճ չեն կատարել, ինչի արդյունքում հիշյալ ՍՊ ընկերությունը ՀՀ է ներմուծել մաքսային հայտարարագրում չներառված մի շարք ապրանքներ՝ պակաս վճարելով շուրջ 71 մլն 326 հազ ՀՀ րամ մաքսատուրք և 14 մլն 265 հազ ՀՀ դրամ ավելացված արժեքի հարկ, որով պետության օրինական շահերին պատճառվել է էական վնաս:
Մեկ այլ քրեական գործի ուսումնասիրությամբ էլ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նույն՝ Գուգարքի տարածաշրջանային բաժնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձինք «Թրեյդինգ» ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ին ՀՀ ներմուծված ապրանքների մաքսային հսկողության իրենց պարտականությունները պատշաճ չեն կատարել, ինչի արդյունքում հիշյալ ՍՊ ընկերությունը ՀՀ է ներմուծել մաքսային հայտարարագրում չներառված մի շարք ապրանքներ՝ պակաս վճարելով շուրջ 19 մլն 947 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ մաքսատուրք և 3 մլն 990 հազ ՀՀ դրամ ավելացված արժեքի հա րկ, որով պետության օրինական շահերին պատճառվել է էական վնաս:
ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու վերը նշված դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
