ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու շուրջ Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցությունների մասին զեկույցը բացասական Է լինելու. ԳՖՀ-ի ԱԳՆ

ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու շուրջ Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցությունների՝ Եվրահանձնաժողովի համար պատրաստված զեկույցում, որը ներկայացվելու Է նոյեմբերի 9-ին, բացասական գնահատական Է տրվում Անկարայի պատրաստվածությանը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Die Welt թերթին տված հարցզրույցում հայտարարել Է Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարարության պետքարտուղար Միխայել Ռոտը:
«Եվրահանձնաժողովին իրոք բացասական զեկույց Է ներկայացվելու, արդեն ոչ առաջին անգամ: Նույնիսկ վերջին զեկույցը զգալի չափով քննադատական Էր: Եվրահանձնաժողովը շատ սթափ, շատ իստակ ու խիստ քննադատաբար հանրագումարի կբերի այն, թե ինչ վատ բան Է տեղի ունենում Թուրքիայում: Դա, ցավոք, չափազանց շատ Է»,-ասել Է բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը:
Ռոտի կարծիքով, «այն, ինչ այժմ տեղի Է ունենում Թուրքիայում, ոչ մի առնչություն չունի եվրոպական արժեքների, իրավունքի գերակայության, ժողովրդավարության եւ ԶԼՄ-ների ազատության մեր ըմբռնման հետ»:
Իր հերթին, ԵՄ-ի դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին հայտարարել Է, որ Եվրամիությունը լրջորեն անհանգստացած Է վերջին ժամանակներս Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններից, այդ թվում՝ մահապատժի մորատորիումը հանելու շուրջ բանավեճերից եւ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների ձերբակալություններից, եւ հորդորում Է երկրում պաշտպանել ժողովրդավարական նորմերը եւ մարդու իրավունքները:
«ԵՄ-ն եւ նրա անդամ երկրները Թուրքիայի վերջին իրադարձություններին հետեւում են մեծ անհանգստությամբ»,-հայտարարել Է Մոգերինին:
Եվրոպական դիվանագիտության ղեկավարի կարծիքով՝ «մահապատժի վերականգնման վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանին դիմելու առաջարկությամբ հանդես գալու հնարավորության ուսումնասիրումը, խոսքի ազատության, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալական ցանցերի սահմանափակումների շարունակումը, ԶԼՄ-ների փակման շարունակումը եւ լրագրողներին ձերբակալելու կալանագրեր տալը, ներառյալ Cumhuriyet թերթի գլխավոր խմբագրի եւ նրա աշխատակիցների, վերջերս երկրում խոշորագույն ընդդիմադիր կուսակցության՝ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատիայի կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ) համանախագահների, ինչպես նաեւ մի քանի խորհրդարնականների ձերբակալությունը խիստ անհանգստություն են առաջացնում եւ կարող են թուլացնել իրավունքի գերակայությունը, մարդու իրավունքների եւ հիմնական ազատությունների հարգումը, ինչպես նաեւ վարկաբեկել խորհրդարանական ժողովրդավարությունը Թուրքիայում», հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
