Ինչպե՞ս ճիշտ սափրել ոտքերը. պարզաբանում մասնագետը

Շատ կանայք սխալ են սափրում ոտքերը եւ հաշվի չեն առնում մի շարք կարեւոր առանձնահատկություններ, պնդում է բրիտանացի կոսմետոլոգ Նատալի Էլենին: Նա պատմել է, թե ինչպես է պետք սափրել ոտքերը, որպեսզի դրանք հարթ եւ գեղեցիկ լինեն, ինչպես նաեւ թե ինչպես խուսափել տհաճ ցանից, որն հաճախ ի հայտ է գալիս սափրելուց հետո:
Կոսմետոլոգի խոսքով՝ շատ կարեւոր է կանոնավոր հատուկ սքրաբով մշակել մաշկը: Սակայն դա ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի անել սափրելուց անմիջապես հետո: Ավելի ճիշտ կլինի դրանք օգտագործել սափրելուց մեկ օր առաջ: Այդ պրոցեդուրան կօգնի ազատվել մահացած մաշկից եւ դուրս բերել ներաճած մազերը:
Մասնագետը նաեւ խորհուրդ է տալիս ոտքերը սափրել ցնցուղ ընդունելիս, այլ ոչ թե տագ լոգանքի ժամանակ, քանի որ վաննայի մեջ մաշկը կկարմրի նախքան սափրելը:
Նատալին նաեւ խորհուրդ է տալիս ոտքերը սափրելուց 2-3 րոպե առաջ դրանք թողնել ջրի մեջ, քանի որ դա կմեծացնի մազերի երկարությունը 60 տոկոսով, ինչը կհեշտացնի դրանց հեռացման գործընթացը: Սակայն ոտքերը թրջելու գործընթացը նույնպես ձգձգել պետք չէ, քանի որ մաշկը ծածկվում է ջրից առաջացած կնճիռներով, ինչը բարդացնում է սափրելու գործընթացը:
Կոսմետոլոգի խոսքով՝ ամենագլխավոր գաղտնիքը ոտքի մաշկը սափրելու ժամանակ մատներով ձգելն է եւ սափրելուց հետո խոնավեցնող քսուք քսելը: Պետք չէ ածելին շատ հաճախ քսել մաշկին, ինչպես նաեւ պետք չէ սափրելուց հետո անմիջապես չորացնել ոտքերի մաշկը:
