Եկող տարի կավելանա ներառական կրթություն ստացող երեխաների թիվը

Կրթության բնագավառում 2017 թվականին  աշակերտների քանակի ավելացում է նախատեսվում. 4,7 հազարով ավելի շատ աշակերտ կլինեն հանրակրթական դպրոցներում, և 1300-ով կավելանա ներառական կրթություն ստացող երեխաների թիվը: 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ անդրադառնալով կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրին եւ 2017 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ԱԺ գիտության,կրթության, մշակույթի,երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերիմշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահԱրտակ Դավթյանն ասաց, թե բնական է համարում այն փաստը, որ դրանք պետք է համահունչ լինեն միմյանց:  
ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Դավթյանը խոսելով ստվերի ու մենաշնորհի պայքարի ընթացքում համապատասխան պատիժների մասին՝ ասաց. «Եթե խոսում ենք հավասար մրցակցության մասին, ապա պետք է պայքարել մենաշնորհի դեմ: Ես հավատում եմ, որ կլինի հենց այնպես, ինչպես ենթադրում ենք բոլորս»։ 
Արտակ Դավթյանը կարծում է, որ պետք է գծվի որոշակի սահման, որից սկսած որեւէ մեկն իրեն չպետք է օրենքից բարձր դասի. «Մենք կհայտնվենք մի իրավիճակում, երբ անընդհատ պիտի մեղավորների փնտրենք»: 
Արտակ Դավթյանի կարծիքով, առաջիկա ամիսներին շեշտադրումները պետք է ուղղված լինեն խնդիրների դասդասմանը, խնդիրների ախտորոշմանը եւ լուծումներ առաջարկելուն: Կրթության եւ գիտության ոլորտին հատկացվող բյուջետային միջոցները չեն ավելացել, դեռ մի բան էլ նվազել են: Կրթության ոլորտում ավելացումներ են եղել` պայմանավորված աշակերտների թվի աճով:
