Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրահրվող սահմանային լարվածությունը շատ հաճախ միջազգային կառույցների կողմից չի արժանանում հստակ և համարժեք արձագանքի: Ամեն անգամ, երբ սահմանին կրկին լարվածություն է առաջանում, վերլուծական շրջանակները սկսում են քննարկել նաև այդ հարցը:

Past.am-ի հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ ՀԱՊԿ-ը չարձագանքեց վերջին սադրանքներին, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը հորդորեց այդ հարցով դիմել ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարությանը:

Իսկ ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր, ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանն ասաց. «Մենք այդ համակարգի մասն ենք:ՀԱՊԿ-ի դիրքորոշումը պարտադիր է սահմանային ոտնձգությունների և հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման պարագայում: Բայց կառույցի ընդհանուր մասնակցությունը գործընթացին դեռևս անհրաժեշտ չէ»:

Խոսելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի դիրքորոշման մասին՝ պատգամավորն ասաց, որ այն հավասարակշռված է, քանի որ կառույցը բանակցությունների միջնորդ է:

«Այնուամենայնիվ, Մինսկի խումբն էլ իր հայտարարությունների մեջ երբեմն ակնարկում է, որ Ադրբեջանն է խախտողը և պարտավոր է պահել բանակցային կանոնները»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Եվրախորհրդարանում այսօր Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների խնդիրների հետ կապված լսումների ժամանակ բանաձև է ընդունվել, որի տեքստում շեշտվել է այդ երկրում մարդու իրավունքների աղետալի վիճակը:

Արտակ Զաքարյանին հարց ուղղեցինք՝ նման բանաձևերից և գնահատականներից ուշադրություն շեղելու համար Ադրբեջանը կարո՞ղ է նոր սադրանքներ հրահրել: Զաքարյանը պատասխանեց, որ Ադրբեջանն այն պետությունն է, որի գործողությունները որևէ  տրամաբանության մեջ չեն տեղավորվում:
