ՀՀ կառավարության և Հյուսիսային շրջակա միջավայրի ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի միջև ստորագրվել է շրջանակային համաձայնագիր

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Հյուսիսային շրջակա միջավայրի ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (ՀՇՄՖԿ) միջև նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրել է շրջանակային համաձայնագիր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը, իսկ Հյուսիսային շրջակա միջավայրի ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի անունից՝ կորպորացիայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Մագնուս Ռիսթեդը:

ՀՇՄՖԿ-ը միջազգային ֆինանսական հաստատություն է, որը ստեղծվել է Դանիայի, Ֆինլանդիայի, Իսլանդիայի, Նորվեգիայի և Շվեդիայի կառավարությունների միջև 1990թ. կնքված համաձայնագրի հիման վրա: Այն հիմնականում վարկերի տեսքով ֆինանսավորում է տրամադրում շրջակա միջավայրի համար վնասակար նյութերի նվազեցմանն ուղղված ծրագրերին, ինչպես, օրինակ, համայնքներում էներգասնուցման և լուսավորության էներգախնայող համակարգերի ներդրմանը, կեղտաջրերի և կոշտ թափոնների կառավարմանը և վերամշակմանը, վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ծրագրերի իրականացմանը և այլն:

Ի տարբերություն Հայաստանում գործունեություն ծավալող այլ միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցների՝ ՀՇՄՖԿ-ի կողմից առաջարկվող ֆինանսավորման շեմը բարձր չէ, ինչը հնարավորություն կընձեռի Հայաստանում ոչ մեծ վարկունակություն ունեցող մասնավոր ընկերություններին ևս օգտվել կառույցի կողմից տրամադրվող ֆինանսավորումից:

Վերոնշյալ շրջանակային համաձայնագրի ստորագրումով Հայաստանում կստեղծվի հարթակ Հյուսիսային շրջակա միջավայրի ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի գործունեության իրականացման համար թե' պետական և թե' մասնավոր հատվածներում:
