Սերժ Սարգսյանի գաղտնի պլանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀԿ–ում լուռ դժգոհություն է հասունանում նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ, ինչը առաջիկայում առավել ցցուն կդառնա, երբ կսկսի ձևավորվել խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախընտրական շտաբը: Բանն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը այնքան է հեռուն գնացել Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ կապված իր ծրագրերով, որ գրեթե ամբողջությամբ «անտերության» է մատնել ՀՀԿ–ի մշտական հենարան հանդիսացող մանր ու մեծ փողատերերին ու նախկին պաշտոնյաներին, ովքեր այս պահին հնարավորինս հեռու են մղվել երկրի կառավարումից:
Ըստ ՀՀԿ մեր աղբյուրի` Սերժ Սարգսյանը հույսը դրել է նոր ընտրական համակարգի վրա, որտեղ տեղական տարբեր հեղինակությունները ՀՀԿ ցուցակում կգզվռտեն իրար` ցանկալի արդյունք ապահովելով Սարգսյանի համար: Այս պարագայում, ըստ Սերժ Սարգսյանի պլանի, իրեն այլևս պետք չեն գա խոշոր օլիգարխներն ու նախկին ազդեցիկ դեմքերը, որոնք մշտապես ծառայել են իշխանությանը: Սակայն, ըստ նույն աղբյուրի, այս պլանը կարող է տապալվել:
Վանաձորի և Գյումրիի ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ առանց հին գվարդիայի տեղական և համապետական ամբողջ ռեսուրսը չբավականացրեց իշխանության վերարտադրության գոնե մինիմալ շեմը հաղթահարելու համար: Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերոնշյալ պլանը լուրջ դժգոհություն է հարուցել որոշ թիմակիցների շրջանում, ովքեր Կարեն Կարապետյանի նշանակումից հետո հեռացվել են երկրի կառավարումից: Չի բացառվում, որ նրանք Սարգսյանի դեմ կհանեն իրենց պոտենցյալը` փորձելով ջլատել իշխանությունը:
Իսկ թե որն է Սարգսյանի սկսած պարտիայի հաջորդ հանգրվանը` թերևս ոչ ոք դեռևս չգիտի: Չի բացառվում, որ Ս. Սարգսյանը վերջին պահին Կարեն Կարապետյանին ու իր թիմին առաջարկի հին գվարդիայի հետ միաձուլվել ՀՀԿ–ում` ցանկալի արդյունք ստանալու համար, որովհետև այս ամբողջ քարոզչական արշավի պայմաններում անգամ Կարապետյանի կառավարությանը դեռևս չի հաջողվում իրական փոփոխություններ գրանցել` ընտրություններում լոկոմոտիվի դեր նվաճելու համար...
