«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Բժշկական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը որոշել է չսպասել ընտրություններին և արդեն լծվել է բարեփոխումների։ Նախ ձեռնամուխ է եղել կադրային փոփոխությունների։ Սամվել Ավետիսյանը՝ ուսումնական աշխատանքների գծով պրոռեկտորն ազատվել է աշխատանքից։

Նրան փոխարինել է Լարիսա Ավետիսյանը՝ բուհի կրթության որակի գնահատման և ապահովման կենտրոնի ղեկավարը։ Ավետիսյանը շարունակելու է աշխատանքը համալսարանում՝ որպես ախտաֆիզիոլոգիայի ամբիոնի վարիչ:

Տեղեկություններ կան, որ Մուրադյանը ցանկանում է փոխել նաև մյուս պրոռեկտորներին, «Հերացի» թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցային համալիրի (նախկինում` թիվ 1 կլինիկական հիվանդանոց) գլխավոր բժիշկ Կարեն Սահակյանին։ Ավելին՝ վերջինիս առաջարկել են ազատման դիմում գրել։

Ասում են՝ այս պաշտոնում Մուրադյանը տեսնում է նախկին փոխնախարար Գագիկ Միրիջանյանին, որին Ալթունյանը հոկտեմբերին ազատեց աշխատանքից։ Սակայն վերևներից կանգնեցրել են գործընթացը։ Կարեն Սահակյանը երեկ չցանկացավ կարծիք հայտնել նոր ռեկտորի նախաձեռնությունների մասին, միայն ասաց, որ «այս պահին» շարունակում է աշխատել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ապագային, ապա «չի կարող գուշակել»։ Ի դեպ, Բժշկական համալսարանն արդեն ֆեյսբուքյան էջ ունի՝ Արմեն Մուրադյանը խրախուսում է համացանցային ակտիվությունը»։
