Վարչապետն առաջարկեց քննարկել օրինապահ հարկատուներին բանկերի կողմից արտոնյալ պայմաններ տրամադրելու հարցը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանին առաջարկեց առևտրային բանկերի հետ քննարկել օրինապահ հարկատուների հետ արտոնյալ պայմաններով աշխատելու հարցը: Ըստ վարչապետի, նախաձեռնությունը ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեինն է:
«Պարոն Ջավադյան, ՊԵԿ-ի ղեկավարն առաջարկություն ունի, որը կայանում է հետևյալում. նրանք ուզում են հարկատուների դասակարգում մտցնել և տալ օրինապահ հարկատու կարգավիճակ: Խնդրում են Ձեզ, որպեսզի Ձեր միջոցով առևտրային բանկերի ղեկավարների հետ քննարկել հետևյալ հարցը. եթե հարկատուն ունի նման կոչում, որակավորում, նրան բանկերը վերաբերվեն արտոնյալ պայմաններով: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ դա իրագործելի՞ է»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, դիմելով Արթուր Ջավադյանին՝ նշեց Կարապետյանը:
Ի պատասխան՝ ԿԲ նախագահն ասաց, որ թափանցիկ կազմակերպություններին խթանելու համար իրենք կարող են որոշակի փոփոխություններ անել կանոնակարգերում և ռիսկային կշիռները բանկերի համար նվազեցնել: «Մենք դա արդեն իսկ կիրառել ենք արտահանող կազմակերպությունների համար, այդ դեպքում բանկերն ավելի լայն հնարավորություն են ունենում և վարկերի հասանելիությունը միանգամայն խորանում է, բանկերը հնարավորություն են ունենում ավելի մատչելի պայմաններով և հեշտ ու ավելի արագ վարկեր տրամադրել»,- նշեց Ջավադյանը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ մի փոքր աշխատանքը բանկերի հետ՝ թափանցիկ կազմակերպություններին միանշանակ կխթանի:
«Ես էլ եմ վստահ, որովհետև եթե հասկանալի, կանխատեսելի գործընկեր է, ապա բանկերի ռիսկերը նվազում են: Խնդրում եմ քննարկել և լուծումներ տալ»,- նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
