Վերջին օրերին Բրեդ Փիթի եւ Անջելինա Ջոլիի ապահարզանի գործընթացը կրկին ուշադրություն էր գրավել, հատկապես երբ Բրեդը որոշեց պայքարել երեխաների համատեղ խնամակալության իրավունքի համար:
Զույգը ժամանակավոր համաձայնություն ձեռք բերեց, ըստ որի՝ Փիթը կարող է երեխաներին տեսնել միայն հանգստյան օրերին, բայց Էնջին ակնհայտորեն պարտվում է. Լոս Անջելեսի դատարանը 52-ամյա դերասանին առաջադրված՝ երեխաների հանդեպ դաժան վերաբերմունքի մեղադրանքները հանել է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ դերասանին մեղադրում էին մասնավոր օդանավով թռիչքի ժամանակ որդու՝ Մեդոքսի հանդեպ ցուցաբերած դաժանության մեջ: Ո՛չ ոստիկանությունը, ո՛չ սոցիալական ծառայություններն Էնջիից եւ երեխաներին չեն կարողացել հստակ պատասխան ստանալ, թե իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունեցել:
TMZ-ը գրում է, որ սոցիալական ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչները զրուցել են Փիթի եւ Ջոլիի, ինչպես նաեւ նրանց երեխաների եւ օդանավի անձնակազմի հետ: Նրանց եզրահանգումները Բրեդ Փիթին առավելություն են տալիս կնոջ հետ երեխաների խնամակալության հավասար իրավունքներ ունենալու մտադրության հարցում:
Ջոլին մեկնաբանել է սոցծառայությունների որոշումը: Ըստ People-ի՝ 41-ամյա դերասանի ներկայացուցիչները նշել են. «Ինչպես ավելի վաղ ասել էինք՝ մանկության պաշտպանության ոլորտի մասնագետներն իրավաբանական համաձայնություն են առաջարկել, որը կողմերն ընդունել եւ ստորագրել են, ինչը երեխաների շահերից է բխում:
Ջոլին թեթեւություն է զգում, որ ութշաբաթյա աշխատանքից հետո ընտանիքի եւ երեխաների հարցերի վարչությունը բավարարված է անվտանգության միջոցառումներով, որոնք երեխաներին թույլ կտան ուշքի գալ»,- հավելել է դերասանուհու ներկայացուցիչը:
