Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի ռուս համանախագահ Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովի մոտ Հայաստան այցելելն ու հայ ընկերների հետ հանդիպումները հատուկ զգացողություններ են առաջացնում: ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 28-րդ նստաշրջանի մեկնարկին բացման խոսքում Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովն ընդգծեց, որ իր կյանքի շատ իրադարձություններ կապված են Հայաստանի հետ:

«Այսօր՝ որպես Դաշնային խորհրդի անդամ, թույլ տվեք ասել, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև խորհրդարանական կապերը կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն երկրների բարեկամական և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նա:

Ռիժկովն ընդգծեց, որ մեկնարկած նիստի հիմնական թեման զբոսաշրջության և մշակութային ոլորտներում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի համագործակցության զարգացումն է: «Այս ոլորտները շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն այն առումով, որ ընդլայնում են մարդկանց կապն ու շփումը: Այս ոլորտներում Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանը հարուստ ժառանգություն ունեն: Ջերմ հոգևոր-մշակութային կապերը մեր ազգերի միջև չեն դադարել անգամ նույնիսկ պատմության ամենադժվար ժամանակներում: Դա օգնել է մեզ դիմակայել փորձություններին, համատեղ լուծել բարդ խնդիրները: Վստահ եմ, որ այդպես կլինի միշ տ»,- ասաց Ռիժկովը:
