 Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի միջև  միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի անդամները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորումը տեսնում են միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 28-րդ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ, ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը: «Մեր անցյալ նիստը իր օրակարգի մի մասով վերաբերում էր հենց այս խնդրին: Մենք մեր հանրությանը տեղեկացրել ենք քննարկման մասին, տեղեկացրել ենք մեր գործընկերների կարծիքները, ներկայացրել ենք արձանագրությունը, որը ստորագրվել է այդ նիստի արդյունքներով: Այդ նիստի ժամանակ մեր գործընկերները, ՌԴ խորհրդարանական մեր կոլեգաները ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտադրել են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի արդար պայքարի կարգավորման խնդիրը տեսնում են միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով: Բացարձակ անընդունելի և անթույլատրելի են համարում ռազմական ճանապարհը, ուժի կիրառումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նաղդալյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այդ արձանագրության մեջ անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ապրիլյան պատերազմին: Այնտեղ գրվել է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից աննախադեպ ագրեսիա է տեղի ունեցել և հրադադարի աննախադեպ խախտում: «Այդ արձանագրությունը հստակ ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչ դիրքորոշում ունեն մեր ռուսաստանցի գործընկերները»,- եզրափակեց Նաղդալյանը:

Հանձնաժողովի ռուս համանախագահ, Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովն էլ ընդգծեց, որ իրենք ցանկանում են, որ ԼՂ հակամարտություն վաղ թե ուշ լուծում ստանա: Նա էլ հղում կատարեց նախորդ նիստի ընթացքում ընդունված արձանագրությանը, որում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորմանը՝ շեշտելով, որ իրենց դիրքորոշումն այդ հարցում հստակ է և այն չի փոխվել:
