Վիետնամի իշխանությունները որոշել են հրաժարվել ԱԷԿ-ի շինարարությունից

Վիետնամի իշխանությունները որոշել են չկառուցել առաջին երկու ատոմային էլեկտրակայանները, որոնք ծրագրում էին կառուցել ռուսական «Ռոսատոմի» ու ճապոնական Japan Atomic Power Co ընկերության հետ միասին։ Երկրի կառավարությունը մտադիր է այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում խորհրդարան ուղարկել համապատասխան առաջարկը, որը կարող է հաստատվել մինչեւ նոյեմբերի  վերջ, հայտնում է Wall Street Journal–ը։

Նման որոշման իշխանությունները հանգել են էներգիայի մյուս աղբյուրների, մասնավորապես ածուխի ու նավթի արժեքի նվազման, տնտեսական աճի դանդաղելու պատճառով, ինչը հանգեցրել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկի նվազմանը, հայտնել է Vietnam Electricity  ընկերության ղեկավար Զիոնգ Կուանգ Տխանը։ «Միջուկային էներգետիկան հիմա նվազ մրցունակ է մյուս աղբյուրների համեմատ,  դրա շտապ անհրաժեշտությունը հիմա չկա»,- մեջբերում է նրան WSJ–ն։

Վիետնամի  խոհրդարանը 2009-ին հաստատել է Նինտխուան նահանգում երկու ԱԷԿ-ների շինարարության մասին որոշումը։ Դրանցից մեկի կառուցելու իրավունքը ստացել էր «Ռոսատոմը»։ Դրա համար Վիետնամը մտադիր էր Ռուսաստանում 8 մլրդ դոլարի չափով պետական վարկ ստանալ նախագծի ֆինանսավորման համար։ Շինարարության սկիզբը բազմիցս հետաձգվել էր։ 2015-ին Վիետնամի իշխանությունները հայտնել էին, որ նախագիծը հետաձգվել է մինչեւ 2019-ը, այդ թվում ճապոնական «Ֆուկուսիմա» ԱԷԿ-ում վթարից հետո անվտանգության նկատառումներով։
