«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պետական պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանը Armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ Հայաստան բենզին ներկրողների ցանկում հոկտեմբեր ամսից ավելացել է եւս մեկը: Այս կազմակերպությունը «Մաքս պետրոլ» ՓԲԸ-ն է: «Ես մշտապես ասել եմ, որ բենզինի ոլորտը գտնվում է մեր ուշադրության ներքո: Այո, վերջին մի քանի տարիներին այնտեղ երկու խոշոր ներմուծողներ են եղել, հոկտեմբերից նոր ընկերություն է հայտնվել՝ «Մաքս պետրոլը» որը սկսել է Ռուսաստանից ու Ռումինիայից մեծ քանակությամբ բենզին ներկրել, ինչը փաստում է այն մասին, որ շուկայում խոչընդոտներ չկան»,- ասել էր Արտակ Շաբոյանը:

Հասկանալու համար, թե ի՞նչ կազմակերպություն է «Մաքս պետրոլ»-ը նախ փորձեցինք համացանցի բաց աղբյուրներից օգտվել: Բացի մեր հրապարակումից ուրիշ որեւէ կայքում «Մաքս պետրոլ» անվանումը չհանդիպեցինք: Իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գրանցամատյանում այս կազմակերպությունը գրանցվել է 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 5-ին, այն ժամանակ, երբ խոսվում էր վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հրաժարականի մասին եւ նոր կառավարություն ղեկավարի ամենահավանական թեկնածուն էր համարվում Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

«Մաքս պետրոլ»-ի միակ հիմնադիրը Պատրիկ Աճեմյանն է, որն իր աշխատանքային ուղին սկսել է «Հերմես» ՓԲԸ-ից՝ աշխատելով որպես  ֆինանսական գծով տնօրեն (2002 թ.): 2002 թվականից առ այսօր Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի «Ֆինանսական» ֆակուլտետի «Ֆինանսներ» ամբիոնի ասիստենտ է: 2004-2005 թվականներին էլ աշխատել է ՀԷՑ-ում:

Պարզվում է, Պատրիկ Աճեմյանը «Մաքս պետրոլ»-ը հիմնադրել եւ գրանցել է այն վայրում, որտեղ ապրում է: Այսինքն՝ իր տանը, քանի որ ՓԲԸ-ի վկայականում կազմակերպության գործունեության իրականացման հասցեն նա նշել է նույն վայրը:

Ընկերության կանոնադրական կապիտալը կազմում է 100 հազար դրամ, որն էլ կազմում է 100 սովորական բաժնետոմս, իսկ մեկ բաժնետոմսի անվանական արժեքը սահմանված է 1000 դրամ:

«Մաքս պետրոլ»-ի գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավարը, տնօրենը Պատրիկ Աճեմյանն է: Մեր զրույցում նա ասաց, որ արտերկրում է եւ միայն մի քանի օրից Հայաստանում կլինի եւ կպատասխանի մեր հարցերին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանի բենզինի շուկայում գերիշխող դիրք են զբաղեցնում «Ֆլեշ» եւ «ՍՊՍ» ընկերությունները: Մինչ օրս որեւէ ընկերության չի հաջողվել մեծածավալ ներկրումներ կատարել Հայաստան, իսկ «Մաքս պետրոլ»-ի հայտնվելն իր հետ բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացրել»:
