Ինչով բուժել հիվանդ երեխայի կոկորդը

Գրիպի համաճարակի, ավիտամինոզի և թույլ իմունիտետի դեպքում երեխաները շատ ավելի հաճախ են հիվանդանում և շատ դեպքերում մայրիկներն անգամ գլխի չեն ընկնում, թե ինչպես կարելի է հաղթահարել այդ ախտանշանները:

Ինչով բուժել հիվանդ երեխայի կոկորդը

Առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է հիշել, որ չկա հիվանդ կոկորդի բուժման որևէ համընդհանուր միջոց, քանի որ սա պարզապես ախտանշան է, որն ազդարարում է որևէ վարակի կամ հիվանդության առկայության մասին: Օրինակ՝ կարմրածությունն ու բորբոքումը կարող են լինել հետևյալ հիվանդությունների ախտանշան.

սուր շնչառական վիրուսային վարակներ,

գրիպ (այդ թվում նաև խոզի գրիպ),

նշիկաբորբ (անգինա)

քրոնիկ տոնզիլիտ

Օրինակ՝ նշկիաբորբի և սուր շնչառական վիրուսային վարակների բուժումը շատ տարբեր են, քանի որ առաջինի դեպքում բժիշկները հաճախ նշանակում են հակաբիոտիկներ, քանի որ տեղային բուժման միջոցով (ողողումներ, սառնաշաքարներ և այլն) այն բուժելն անհնար է: Սուր շնչառական վիրուսային վարակներն անգինայից տարբերվում են կոկորդում թարախային գոյացությունների բացակայությամբ: Սուր շնչառական վիրուսային վարակների դեպքում նշագեղձերը կարեղ են մեծանալ, իսկ կոկորդը՝ կարմրել, սակայն թարախային գոյացություններ չեն լինի:

Եղեսպակով (шалфей) կամ էվկալիպտով սառնաշաքարների միջոցով կարելի է մեղմացնել ցավը: Նման տեղային բուժման դեղամիջեցները բավական անվնաս են բորբոքում առաջացնող ցանկացած վարակի դեպքում, սակայն ավելի լուրջ, հակաբիոտիկային դեղամիջոցներ օգտագործելուց առաջ հարկավոր է անպայման խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:

Սակայն դեռ տարին չբոլորած փոքրիկների դեպքում մայրիկները հաճախ գլխի չեն ընկնում, թե ինչ միջոց է կարելի օգտագործել, քանի որ նորածիններին չեն համապատասխանում սովորաբար օգտագործվող դեղամիջեցներն ու ողողումները: Մանկաբույժները կարծում են, որ երեխաների կարմիր կոկորդը պետք չէ բուժել, քանի որ կարմրությունը մի քանի օր անց ինքն իրեն կանցնի: Պարզապես հարկավոր է այդ ընթացքում նրան հնարավորինս շատ հեղուկ տալ (բնականաբար գոլ) և աշխատել շարունակել կրծքով կերակրել՝ երեխայի իմունիտետը բարձր պահելու համար:

Մեկամյա երեխայի դեպքում ողողումները չեն օգնի, քանի որ նա դեռ շատ փոքր է ողողումներ անելու համար: Այս դեպքում լավագույն տարբերակը մեղրով տաք կաթն է, որը կօգնի մեղմացնել ցավը:

Բացի այդ կան նաև մի շարք ժողովրդական միջեցներ, որոնք նույնպես շատ արդյունավետ են: Երկու տարեկանում երեխաների համար շատ հարմար կլինեն խոտաբույսերի բնական եփուկներով ողողումները: Դեղաբույսերը կարելի է գնել յուրաքանչյուր դեղատնից: Շատ արդյունավետ են եղեսպակը (шалфей), երիցուկը, վաղենակը (календула), լորենու ծաղիկները, ինչպես նաև էվկալիպտը: 2-3 րոպե տևողությամբ պրոցեդուրաները հարկավոր է կատարել օրական 5-6 անգամ:
