Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը հանդիպում-քննարկում է ունեցել վարկային վարկանիշի ու վերլուծական հետազոտություններով զբաղվող առաջատար գլոբալ՝ «Ֆիչ Ռեյթինգս» (Fitch Ratings) միջազգային գործակալության ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև «Ֆիչ Ռեյթինգս» գործակալության «Միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային ֆինանսներ» խմբի ղեկավար, վերլուծաբան Կոնստանտին Անգլիչանովը և վերլուծաբան Ելենա Օժեգովան:

Հանդիպման շրջանակում քաղաքապետի տեղակալը հյուրերին ներկայացրել է Երևանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման դինամիկան, համայնքի բյուջեի կառուցվածքը, բյուջետային գործընթացը, ինչպես նաև մայրաքաղաքի զարգացման և ներդրումային քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղությունները, որին հաջորդել է կողմերի միջև հարցուպատասխանը:
«Ֆիչ Ռեյթինգս» գործակալության «Միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային ֆինանսներ» խմբի ղեկավար, վերլուծաբան Կոնստանտին Անգլիչանովը, կարևորելով հանդիպում-քննարկման կազմակերպումը, նշել է, որ այն իսկապես անհրաժեշտ է Երևան քաղաքի համար հանրային ֆինանսների բնագավառում միջազգային վարկանիշ ձեռք բերելու գործընթացի ամբողջական իրականացման տեսանկյունից: 
Հարկ է նշել, որ վարկանիշի ձեռքբերումը թույլ կտա, որ Երևանը ևս ներգրավված լինի աշխարհի ֆինանսական քարտեզում, ինչը շահագրգիռ կառույցներին ու կազմակերպություններին մայրաքաղաքի ֆինանսական կառավարման համակարգի և քաղաքային տնտեսության ներկայիս զարգացվածության մակարդակի վերաբերյալ հստակ պատկերացում կազմելու հնարավորություն կընձեռի։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և «Ֆիչ Ռեյթինգս» գործակալության միջև համագործակցության համաձայնագիր էր ստորագրվել, որի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է Երևան քաղաքի հանրային ֆինանսական բնագավառում միջազգային վարկանիշ շնորհելու գործընթաց իրականացնել:
