Գալուստ Սահակյանի ռևերանսը նոր սուպեր պաշտոնյային. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթը իր այսօրվա համարում գրում է.
«ՊԵԿ նորանշանակ նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեի քննարկումների ժամանակ Ազգային ժողովի տարածք էր մուտք գործել իր ծառայողական RANG ROVER մեքենայով: Նշենք, որ շատ քիչ պաշտոնյաների է նման շքեղ հնարավորություն ընձեռնվում:
ԱԺ-ում գործող անվտանգության կանոնների համաձայն` ԱԺ մի շարք պաշտոնյաներից զատ ծառայողական մեքենայով տարածք մտնելու իրավունք ունեն Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները, Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը, Երևանի քաղաքապետը, Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահը: Մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում ԱԺ նախագահն ինքն է որոշում՝ ում տալ նման արտոնություն, ում՝ ոչ, և համապատասխանաբար արտոնյալ պաշտոնյաների մեքենաների պետհամարանիշները տրվում են ՀՀ ՊՊԾ ղեկավարին, ում ենթակայության տակ գտնվող ծառայողներն էլ հսկում են ԱԺ մուտքերը:
Նշենք, որ նախարարները ԱԺ-ի Դեմիրճյան փողոցի մուտքից ոտքով են մտնում տարածք: ՊԵԿ նախագահի կարգավիճակը նախարարներից ցածր է, քանի որ այն կառավարությանն առընթեր մարմնի ղեկավար է: Իսկ թե ինչով էր Վարդան Հարությունյանը արժանացել Գալուստ Սահակյանի այդ շնորհին, դժվար չէ կռահել՝ բիզնես ունեցող որ պաշտոնյան չի զգուշանա հարակային և մաքսային ծառայությունների ղեկավարից կամ չի ցանկանա նրան շնորհ անել: Հատկապես որ Վարդան Հարությունյանն առաջին անգամ մտնելով ԱԺ՝ հայտարարեց. «Խաղի կանոն է փոխվել, և այդ խաղի կանոնը ես եմ ֆիքսում»:
Ի դեպ, ԱԺ-ում նույն արտոնությունն ուներ նաև ֆինանսների նախկին սուպերնախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը: Փաստորեն Վարդան Հարությունյանը նշանակվելուց անմիջապես հետո արժանացավ սուպեր պաշտոնյայի պատվին, ինչը հասու չէ կարգավիճակով իրենից բարձր շատ այլ պաշտոնյաների:
Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, ԱԺ տարածք կարող են մուտք գործել ոչ միայն ԱԺ այն պաշտոնյաները, ում դա պաշտոնի բերումով է թույլատրվում, այլև նրանք, ովքեր իրենց «հեղինակություն» են համարում, և այդ հանգամանքն անվերապահորեն ընդունվում է նաև խորհրդարանի ղեկավարության կողմից: Օրինակ՝ ԱԺ տարածք մեքենայով է մտնում նաև ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Մհեր Սեդրակյանը, բայց շարքային ոչ բոլոր պատգամավորներին է նման հնարավորություն ընձեռնվում»:
