Ադրբեջանական բանկերը սկսել են հրաժարվել միջազգային վարկանիշային գործակալությունների հետ համագործակցելուց

Վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանական բանկերը ինտենսիվորեն սկսել են հրաժարվել միջազգային վարկանիշային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունից:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական fins.az  լրատվական կայքը:

Fins.az-ի հաղորդմամբ` մի քանի  առեւտրային բանկեր դադարեցրել են իրենց համագործակցությունը  Fitch միջազգային վարկանիշային կազմակերպության հետ:

Բանկերի միջազգային վարկանիշային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունը դադարեցնելու գլխավոր պատճառաբանությունը այն է, որ ստեղծված ճգնաժամային վիճակում  իրենց հարկավոր չէ միջազգային վարկանիշը,  քանի որ դոլարի թանկացման պատճառով Ադրբեջանական բանկերի համար օտարերկյա բանկերից եւ կազմակերպություններից արտարժույթով վարկել վերցնելը ձեռնտու չէ:

Բանկերի հրաժարվելու մյուս պատճառն այն է, որ միջազգային վարկանիշային կազմակերպությունների ծառայությունները բավականին թանկ են եւ ստեղծված ճգնաժամի պայմաններում բանկերը չեն ցանկանում հավելյալ ծախսեր կատարել:

Փորձագետների կարծիքով, միջազգային վարկանիշային կազմակերպությունների ծառայություններից հրաժարվում են հիմնականում այն բանկերը, որոնց վարկանիշները վերջին շրջանում խիստ անկում են ապրել, եւ այդ բանկերը չեն ցանկանում այդ  ինֆորմացիայի  միջազգային տարածումը: 

Նավթի գնանկման պատճառով տնտեսական ճգնաժամում հայտնված Ադրբեջանում միայն 2016 թվականի ընթացքում  փակվել են  մեկ տասնյակից ավելի  բանկեր:

Բանկերի լիցենզիաները չեղարկվել են այն բանի հետ կապված, որ նրանց գումարային կապիտալը չի համապատասխանում ԿԲ-ի կողմից պահանջվող չափին, ինչպես նաեւ այն պատճառով, որ բանկերն ի վիճակի չեն վարկատուների առաջ կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունները եւ ընթացիկ հուսալի ղեկավարում ապահովել:
