Քարերով և դանակով սպառնացել է սպանել համագյուղացի եղբայրներին

Սամվել Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում Շիրակի մարզի Կրասար գյուղում հանդիպելով համագյուղացիներ, եղբայրներ Հենրիկ Հարությունի Խոջոյանին և Սողոման Հարությունի Խոջոյանին, առանց առիթի սկսել է վիճաբանել նրանց հետ և սպառնացել սպանել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Դատալեքս» տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Պարզվել է, որ Կարապետյանը իր մոտ եղած գործարանային արտադրության դանակն ուղղելով Հենրիկ Խոջոյանի ուղղությամբ նրա հասցեին հնչեցրել է սպանության սպառնալիքներ, հայտարարելով, որ կսպանի, կմորթի նրան, իսկ Հենրիկ Խոջոյանը, պաշտպանվելու համար հրել է Սամվել Կարապետյանին, որից հետո վերջինս վայր է ընկել և նրա ձեռքի դանակն ընկել գետնին, որը վերցրել է Սողոմոն Խոջոյանը:
Դրանից հետո Սամվել Կարապետյանը շարունակելով իր հանցավոր գործողությունները, գետնից քարեր վերցնելով, սպառնացել է սպանել եղայրներին` հայտարարելով, որ եթե դանակը չտան, քարերով կսպանի նրանց:
Սամվել Կարապետյանը դադարեցրել է տևական ժամանակ հնչեցրած սպառնալիքները եղբոր որդու` Վարշամ Վարշամյանի կողմից դեպքի վայր գալուց և նրան հանդարտեցնելուց հետո, որից հետո էլ Սամվել Կարապետյանը բռունցքով մեկ անգամ դիտավորությամբ հարվածել է Սողոմոն Խոջոյանի ծոծրակին, ինչից վերջինս վայր ընկնելով ստացել է ֆիզիկական ցավ:
Դատարանն ուսումնասիրելով փաստերը որոշեց Սամվել Կարապետյանին ճանաչել անմեղսունակ և նրա նկատմամբ կիրառել հարկադիր բուժում:
