Մարդու օրգանիզմը իսկապես զարմանալի  երևույթ է: Մեր ներսում միաժամանակ տեղի են ունենում անհավանական շատ քանակությամբ գործընթացներ և երբ ինչ-որ բան ներսում խախտվում է, մենք միանգամից զգում ենք դա: Սակայն մեզանից շատերն այդ ազդանշաններն անտեսում են: Բայց չէ՞ որ ավելի լավ է խնդիրը լուծել այն փուլում, երբ այն նոր է սկսվել, քան հետո պայքարել հետևանքների դեմ: Եվ այսպես` եկեք պարզենք՝ ինչ են նշանակում մեր օրգանիզմի որոշ ազդանշաները:

Չոր մաշկ

Քո օրգանիզմը Е վիտամինի կարիք ունի: Պակասը լրացնելու համար շատ օգտագործիր ընդեղեն, յուղոտ ձուկ և բուսական յուղեր:

Կոտրվող մազեր և եղունգներ

Այս ախտանշանները խոսում են օրգանիզմում կալցիի և В վիտամինի պակասի մասին: Դրանք շատ են հացահատիկեղենի, ձավարեղենի և առհասարակ՝ հացի մեջ:

Արյունահոսող լնդեր

Սա նշանակում է, որ օրգանիզմը С վիտամինի պակաս ունի: Այն պարունակվում է սոխի, սխտորի, մրգեղենի ու բանջարեղենի մեջ: Կարելի է խմել նաև մասուրի թուրմ:
