Մատաղիսի ռազմական ոստիկանության պետը պնդում է` զինվորներին չի հարկադրել սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ կատարեն

N զորամասի հենակետի պետ Բաբկեն Ղարդյանը, որը հարկադրել է ժամկետային զինծառայողներին իր նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ կատարել եւ դրա համար դատապարտվել է 8 տարվա ազատազրկման, պնդում է, որ ինքն անմեղ է, «գործը սարքված է»:
«Ես այդ ժամանակ Մատաղիսի ռազմական ոստիկանության պետն էի, շատ գործեր եմ բացահայտել, օրինակ, հենակետը սարքելու համար տրամադրվել էր 21 մլն դրամ, բայց ընդամենը 5-6 մլն դրամ էին ծախսել, մնացածը կերել էին, բացի դրանից զինվորին էին ծեծել, ուզում էի բացահայտել, բայց չթողեցին… ու էս գործը գլխիս սարքեցին: 2015թ. հունվարի վերջին կանչեցին, թե քո կամքով դիմում գրի, գնա, ես հրաժարվեցի, երկու օր անց տարբեր զորամասերից զինվորներ հաղորդում տվեցին, թե ես հարկադրել եմ իմ նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ կատարեն»,- պատմեց NEWS.am-ի խմբագրություն զանգահարած դատապարտյալը:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության` Բաբկեն Ղարդյանը տարբեր ժամանակներում ժամկետային զինծառայողներ` Գեղամ Ղազարյանի, Դավիթ Դավթյանի, Գևորգ Մարգարյանի կամքին հակառակ հարկադրել է սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ կատարել, դրանով իսկ ոտնահարել նրանց իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները:
Բացի դրանից դասակի հրամանատար` Էդգար Արշակյանից տեղեկանալով վերջինիս և Հայկ Մարգարյանի միջև տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում միմյանց նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու հանգամանքների մասին` չի հաղորդել վերադաս հրամանատարությանը:
Բաբկեն Ղարդյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 139-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով, 140-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Ղարդյանին դատապարտել էր 5 տարվա ազատազրկման, մինչդեռ Վերաքննիչը մասնակի փոփոխեց առաջին ատյանի կայացրած որոշումը եւ վերջնական պատիժ սահմանեց 8 տարի:
«Ես նախագահին նամակ էի գրել, որից հետո իմ պատիժը խստացրին»,- նշեց դատապարտյալը:
Բաբկեն Ղարդյանի պաշտպանը վճռաբեկ բողոք է ներկայացրել:
