Երևանի «Սարի թաղ» թաղամասում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, զանգվածային անկարգություններ կազմակերպելու և դրանց մասնակցելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքոմ ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության հրապարակից քաղաքացիների երթը մեկնարկելուց առաջ նախապես ծրագրվել, նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել «Սարի թաղ» թաղամասում զանգվածային անկարգություններ իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ՝ նպատակ ունենալով ճեղքել ոստիկանական պատնեշը, անկարգության մասնակիցներին հասցնել ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գունդ, օժանդակել 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ից հիշյալ գունդը զավթած անձանց հանցավոր գործողություններին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից նշված քրեական գործը պահանջվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունից և ուղարկվել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու և պատանդ վերցնելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործին միացնելու և համատեղ քննություն կատարելու համար:
