Դեմքի կարմրությունը հաճախ բացատրում են ներքին օրգանների հիվանդություններով, այդ թվում՝ լյարդի գործունեության խանգարման, գաստրիտի և ստամոքսի խոցի: Բայց միշտ չէ, որ այդպես է: Այտերի կարմրությունը կարող է սովորական ամաչկոտության կամ որևէ մաշկային աննշան խնդրի արտահայտում լինել: Դրանք հիմնականում առաջանում են մաշկային փոփոխությունների հետևանքով: Դեմքի վրա կարմիր նշաններ կարող են առաջանալ նաև սթրեսից հետո: Past.am-ն առաջարկում է խորհուրդներ, որոնց հետևելով կարող եք ինչ-որ չափով թեթևացնել խնդիրը:
Ճիշտ լվացվել
Որպեսզի կարմրությունը վերանա, պետք է ճիշտ լվացվեք: Պետք է լվացվել օրական 2-3 անգամ: Լվացման միջոցների մասին պետք է նախօրոք մտածել: Եղած կոսմետիկ միջոցների տեսականուց (գելեր, տոնիկներ, փրփուրներ) ընտրեք այն միջոցը, որը համապատասխանում է ձեր մաշկին:
Օգտագործեք բժշկական պարաֆին
Մաշկի կարմրությունից խուսափելու համար խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել բժշկական պարաֆին։ Անհրաժեշտ է այն հալեցնել և քսել մաշկին: Այնուհետև անպայման պետք է խոնավացնող կրեմներ քսել:
Դարչինով, մեղրով դիմակ
Պատրաստման համար պետք է մեկական թեյի գդալ մեղր և դարչին: Խառնեք դրանք և միանգամից քսեք մաշկի գրգռված հատվածներին: Թողեք 20 րոպե և լվացեք: Կավով դիմակ օգտագործեք Հակաբորբոքային հատկությամբ է օժտված նաև կավը: Մեղրով և դարչինով դիմակի մեջ կարող եք ավելացնել նաև կավ կամ դարչինը փոխարինեք կավով: Եթե չունեք դարչին, կարող եք ավելացնել դարչինի յուղ:
