Թուրքիան բացահայտ աջակցել է Ադրբեջանին ԼՂ դեմ ապրիլյան բախումների ընթացքում. Եվրահանձնաժողով

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը հետընթաց է արձանագրել է Թուրքիայում արդարադատության, մարդու իրավունքների, խոսքի ու մամուլի ազատության, և մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ասված է ԵՄ անդամության համար անհրաժեշտ Թուրքիայի կողմից իրականացրած հիմնական քաղաքական և տնտեսական բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ Եվրահանձնաժողովի տարեկան գնահատման զեկույցում, որն ընդունվել է նոյեմբերի 9-ին:
Զեկույցի` Հարավային Կովկասին և Կենտրոնական Ասիային նվիրված հատվածում նշվում է, որ Թուրքիան բացահայտ աջակցություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանին 2016թ. ապրիլին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի ունեցած բախումների ընթացքում:
2009թ. ստորագրված հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունների մասով նշվում է, որ դրանք դեռևս չեն վավերացվել:
Զեկույցը մատնանշում է նաև թուրքական իշխանությունների խիստ և կանոնավոր արձագանքը 1915թ. Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում:
Զեկույցի հեղինակներն անդրադարձել են նաև Ստամբուլում լույս տեսնող «Ակոս» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության քրեական գործին, Հայոց պատրիարքության կողմից հայոց լեզվի դասավանդման կազմակերպման խոչընդոտներին, ինչպես նաև Կարսում հայերի դեմ ատելության քարոզչության առնչությամբ «Գորշ Գայլեր» կազմակերպության գործունեությանը:
Զեկույցի հրապարակմանը հետևել է բարձրագույն մակարդակով թուրքական իշխանությունների խիստ քննադատությունը: Թուրքիայի ԵՄ հարցերով նախարար Օմեր Չելիկը նույնիսկ անվանել է այն ապակառուցողական և ոչ անաչառ:
