Շարունակվում է լքյալ ու անգործության մատնված կրպակների ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ արդեն երրորդ տարին է, ինչ մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում իրականացվում են լքյալ ու անգործության մատնված կրպակների, առևտրային տաղավարների ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքները: Ծրագրի ընթացքին Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում հետևել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը: Կրպակներից կատարվող առևտուրը ժամանակին փոխարինելու էր եկել շարժական սեղաններից և մեքենաների կցորդներից իրականացվող առևտրին: Տարիների ընթացքում փակվեցին նաև բազմաթիվ կրպակներ: Դրանց ապամոնտաժումը դասակարգվել է 2 խմբի. այնպիսիք, որոնց տերերը հայտնի են, սակայն կրպակները նրանց պետք չեն, և լքյալ կրպակներ, որոնց տերերն անհայտ են: Քաղաքականությունը հետևյալն է. մանր ու միջին ձեռնարկատերերն այժմ էլ շարունակում են գործունեությունը, և այդ առումով երևույթին քաղաքապետարանը որևէ կերպ չի խոչընդոտում, քանդման ենթական են միայն լքյալ կամ այսպես ասած փակ կրպակները, որոնք ի հայտ են գալիս ամենամյա գույքագրման արդյունքում: Ընդ որում, կրպակների մի մասն ունի իրավական կարգավիճակ, մյուս մասը չունի:
Դավիթ Օհանյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ եղել են դեպքեր, երբ անգամ իրավական կարգավիճակ ունեցող կրպակների վարձակալները կամովին հրաժարվել են պայմանագրերից, ապամոնտաժել են կրպակներն ու տարածքները բերել նախկին տեսքի: 2016 թվականին հաշվառվել էր 228 լքյալ կամ անգործության մատնված կրպակ, դրանցից 34-ը տարվա ընթացքում սկսել են գործել, իսկ մինչ օրս քանդվել է 130-ից ավելի կրպակ, մյուսները կապամոնտաժվեն մինչև տարեվերջ, սակայն գործընթացը շարունակական բնույթ կկրի:
