Դիետան մաշկի վրա դրական ազդեցություն է թողնում: Չկա ոչ մի ուժեղ գիտական ապացույց, որ հատուկ սնունդը կարող է ազդել փսորիազի վրա, բայց կա ապացույց, որ այն կարող է թեթեւացնել ախտանիշները: Դիետոլոգները եւ բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս առողջ, հավասարակշռված դիետա, որը կարող է վերահսկել ձեր քաշը եւ միևնույն ժամանակ փսորիազը, ինչպես նաեւ նվազեցնել սրտի հիվանդության, շաքարախտի եւ ինսուլտի (որոնք բարձր են մարդկանց փսորիազով հիվանդ մարդկանց մոտ) ռիսկը: Նիհարելու համար առողջ դիետայի հիմքը քիչ սպիտակուցն է, ցածր յուղայնությամբ կաթնամթերքը, ամբողջական ձավարեղենը, մրգերը եւ բանջարեղենը, պնդում են մասնագետները:
Գոյություն ունեն մի շարք սննդատեսակներ, որոնք կարող են թեթևացնել փսորիազը:
Ձուկ եւ ծովամթերք
Omega-3 ճարպաթթուներ պարունակող յուղոտ ձուկը, ինչպիսիք են սաղմոնը, սկումբրիան, առողջ դիետայի հիմքն են։ Ձկան յուղերը նվազեցնում են բորբոքումները եւ վերականգնում իմունային համակարգը, որը փսորիազով հիվանդ մարդկանց մոտ շատ թույլ է լինում: Հաշվի առնելով, որ փսորիազը սրտի կաթվածի համար ռիսկային գործոն է համարվում, մասնագետները խորհուրդ են ձուկ ուտել առնվազն շաբաթը երկու անգամ:
Յուղոտ միս
Եթե մսի սիրահար եք, ընտրեք յուղոտ տեսակները, օրինակ՝ հավի կամ հնդկահավի միս: Ճարպոտ կարմի միսը մարմնի մեջ բորբոքայի պրոցեսը շատացնում է: Եթե ուզում եք երբեմն ուտել կարմիր միս, փորձեք կրճատել ճարպի քանակությունը:
Ընկուզեղեն եւ ավոկադո
Ճարպերն ընդհանրապես վատ տեսք են հաղորդում, բայց, փաստորեն, «լավ ճարպեր» էլ գոյություն ունեն: Դրանք պարունակում են ընկուզեղենը, բուսական յուղերը, ավոկադոն, սոյայի յուղը, կտավատի սերմը: Դրանք լավ ազդեցություն են թողնում օրգանիզմի վրա, եթե չափավոր օգտագործեք:
