ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ ընտրված Դոնալդ Թրամփն իր նախագահության վաղ փուլում արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտի գլխավոր գերակայություններից մեկը կդարձնի «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման ոչնչացումը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 14-ին հայտարարել Է Թրամփի հանուցային խորհրդականներից մեկը՝ Նյու Յորքի նախկին քաղաքագլուխ Ռուդոլֆ Ջուլիանին, ելույթ ունենալով The Wall Street Journal թերթի կողմից կազմակերպված խորհրդաժողովում:

Ինչպես նշում Է հրատարակությունը, Ջուլիանին հայտարարել Է, որ «Թրամփի արտաքին քաղաքական ռազմավարությունը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, վաղ փուլում նպատակամղված կլինի ԻՊ-ի ոչնչացմանը», ընդ որում՝ մյուս հարցերի լուծումը, որոնք վերաբերում են ինչպես Մերձավոր Արեւելքին, այնպես Էլ աշխարհի մյուս տարածաշրջաններին, հանրապետականը սկզբնական շրջանում կհետաձգի:

«ԻՊ-ն կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում ամենամեծ վտանգն Է ներկայացնում, եւ դա ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ նա գործում Է Իրաքում եւ Սիրիայում, այդ որովհետեւ ԻՊ-ն արեց այն, ինչը չհաջողվեց «Ալ Քաիդա»-ին, ԻՊ-ն կարողացավ տարածվել ամբողջ աշխարհում»,-նշել Է Ջուլիանին:

Խոսելով Մերձավոր Արեւելքի իրադրության մասին՝ Ջուլիանին, որը, հրատարակության տվյալներով, Թրամփի ապագա վարչակազմում պետքարտուղարի պաշտոնի հիմնական թեկնածուներից մեկն Է, նախազգուշացրել Է, որ տարածաշրջանը կարող Է ներքաշվել Էլ ավելի ընդգրկուն հակամարտության մեջ, քան սիրիականն Է: Ընդսմին Թրամփի խորհրդականը չի ճշտել, թե ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ ընտրված Թրամփն ինչպես Է մտադիր լուծել այն հիմնախնդիրները, որոնց բախվել Է Մերձավոր Արեւելքը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
