Ցավոք սրտի, ոչ ոք ապահովագրված չէ պատահականության սկզբունքով կյանքի համար վտանգավոր իրավիճակում հայտնվելուց։ Այդպիսի իրավիճակներից մեկն էլ ընկնող վերելակն է։ Սա կարող է պատահել յուրաքանչյուրի հետ։ Բացի այդ՝ համոզված եմ, որ բոլորս էլ կյանքի ընթացքում մտածել ենք այս մասին և փորձել որևէ հնարավոր լուծում գտնել այս իրավիճակից անվնաս դուրս գալու համար։

Ուղիղ մի՛ կանգնեք

Ուղիղ կանգնելը նույնպես լավագույն տարբերակը չէ, քանի որ բախման պահին Ձեր ոտքերի վրա կընկնի սեփական քաշը տասնյակ անգամներ գերազանցող զանգված։ Դրա արդյունքում ոտքերի ոսկորները ուղղակի կփշրվեն։

Հենց որ զգաք, որ վերելակն ընկնում է, ամնիջապես մեջքի վրա պառկեք դրա հատակին։ Այդ դեպքում հարվածի ուժը հավասարաչափ կբաշխվի մարմնի ողջ մակերեսով և նվազագույնի կհասնի լուրջ վնասվածք ստանալու հավանականությունը։

Այս դեպքում պետք է նստել հատակին, քանի որ այդպես ավելի քիչ ճնշում կգործադիվի մարմնի վրա։ Եթե տեղ ընդհանրապես չկա, ապա ծալեք ոտքերը ծնկների հատվածից. դա նույնպես կնվազեցնի բախման ազդեցությունը։
