Խմորը պատրաստելու համար տարայի մեջ լցնել ալյուրը, ձուն, ձիթապտղի յուղն, աղն ու խառնել
Ավելացնել կաթն ու խառնել
Խմորից գնդիկ պատրաստել
Փաթաթել սննդի տոպրակով ու սառեցնել 40-45 րոպե
Միջուկը պատրաստելու համար աղալ խոզի և տավարի միսը, խառնել կտրատած սոխի հետ
Ավելացնել աղ և բիբար ու խառնել
Խմորը բաժանել 2-3 մասին, հարթեցնել 1-2սմ
