Ֆրանսիան անհրաժեշտ Է համարում Ռուսաստանի հետ բարձր մակարդակի երկխոսության շարունակումը, քանի որ երկու երկրներն ընդհանուր շահեր ունեն համաշխարհային քաղաքականության մի շարք հիմնախնդիրների շուրջ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 15-ին հայտարարել Է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆր անսուա Օլանդը France 24, TV5 հեռուստաալիքներին եւ RFI ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում:
Ինչպես նշել Է Օլանդը, այդ հարցում ինքը համաձայն Է ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ ընտրված Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ, որը հանդես Է գալիս ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ ավելի սերտ երկխոսություն վարելու օգտին: «Անկեղծ ասած, նա իրավացի Է: Այդ տեսակետից ոչինչ չի փոխվել Օբամայի հետ համեմատությամբ, որը նույնպես վարում Էր այդ երկխոսությունը: Ես ինքս Էլ դա պաշտպանում եմ»,- ասել Է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը:
«Մենք պետք Է խոսենք Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ,- հավելել Է Օլանդը:- Մենք ընդհանուր շահեր ունենք Ռուսաստանի հետ: Դա Սիրիայի ճգնաժամից ելք գտնելու ուղիների որոնումն Է, Մինսկի համաձայնությունների իրագործումը, որի վրա մենք աշխատում ենք Անգելա Մերկելի եւ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոյի հետ միասին, ընդհանուր շահեր կան ահաբեկչության դեմ մղվող պայքարի ոլորտում», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
