Ինչպես վերադարձնել ատամների ճերմակությունը ակտիվացրած ածուխի օգնությամբ

Ատամները մարդկանց այցեքարտն են, քանի որ առաջին տպավորությունը թողնում է հենց մարդու ժպիտը: Ձյունաճերմակ ժպիտը միշտ դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում, սակայն, ցավոք, երբեմն ոչ միշտ է հաջողվում պահպանել ատամնաշարի ճերմակությունը: Սնունդը, սուրճը, ծխախոտը կամ կոնֆետները սովորաբար վնասում են ատամներին, սակայն կան պարզ և բնական միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն վերականգնել ատամնաշարի ճերմակությունը:
Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում ատամներն ակտիվացրած ածուխի օգնությամբ սպիտակեցնելու եղանակը: Այս մեթոդի համար պարզապես հարկավոր է ատամի խոզանակ (միայն այս պրոցեդուրայի համար) և ակտիվացրած ածուխի մի քանի դեղապատիճ (կամ փշրած դեղահաբեր):
Առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է թրջել խոզանակը, բացել դեղապատիճները և դրանցում պարունակվող փոշիացրած ակտիվացրած ածուխը (կամ փշրած հաբերը) զգուշությամբ լցնել ատամի խոզանակի վրա:
Այնուհետև հարկավոր է այդ խոզանակով շրջանաձև շարժումներով մաքրել ատամները՝ չմոռանալով նաև ատամների ետևի հատվածի մասին: Սկզբում զգացողությունները կարող են մի փոքր տհաճ լինել՝ ալրանման ածուխի պատճառով, սակայն դա շուտով կանցնի: Կարելի է նույնիսկ մի փոքր ատամի մածուկ ավելացնել:
Այս պրոցեդուրան տևում է 3-4 րոպե, այնուհետև անհրաժեշտ է ողողել բերանը մաքուր ջրով:
Ակտիվացրած ածուխով ատամների ճերմակեցումն իսկապես շատ արդյունավետ միջոց է, որը կիրառվում է արդեն բազում տարիներ: Այս պրոցեդուրան հարկավոր է կատարել շաբաթական 1-2 անգամ:
