«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստան ժամանած Դմիտրի Կիսելյովը նախորդ օրը մեկնել է` երկու աշխարհացունց առաքելություն իրականացրած. Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հարցազրույցից հետո նա անցկացրել է «Գրոբոյեդով» ակումբի նիստ:
Ի դեպ, կրեմլյան լրագրողների հիերարխիայում գտնվող Կիսելյովը, որ բավականին մտերիմ է Պուտինի մամլո խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովի հետ, իր ստատուսով տարբերվում է մյուս «հայտնիներից»` ոչ միայն նյութական բարեկեցության, այլեւ ազատության աստիճանով:
Ի տարբերություն Սոլովյովի, որը բավականաչափ «հայամետ» է եւ մտերիմ Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ, ի տարբերություն Պոզների, որին առավել հոգեհարազատ է ադրբեջանական լոբբին, Կիսելյովը պարիտետային բալանս է պահպանում հայ-ադրբեջանական «կողմերի» միջեւ:
Նա Սերժ Սարգսյանի մասին մի առիթով ասել է. «Սարգսյանը կարողանում է Պուտինի նման տապոռով հարց լուծել` առանց արյուն թափելու. նման տաղանդ քչերն ունեն քաղաքականությունում»։ Եվ սա ասել է` բերելով 2 օրինակ. ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը, ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ «սուպեր» հարաբերությունները` արտաքաղաքական դաշտում, եւ ներքաղաքական դաշտում՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին քաղաքականությունից հանելով, նրա հետ ջերմ հարաբերությունների պահպանումը»:
