Ահա, թե ինչ պետք է անել ամեն առավոտ՝ արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո․ խմել 3 բաժակ ջուր՝ 600մլ, և հաջորդ 45 րոպեներին ոչինչ չուտել։
Անհրաժեշտ է հիշել նաև, որ ճաշից հետո հաջորդ 2 ժամերին չպետք է ոչինչ ուտել և խմել։
Ջուր խմելը սովորություն դարձնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է սկսել 1 բաժակից, ապա այն հասցնել 3 բաժակի։ Այս միջոցը կբարելավի ընդհանուր առողջությունը և էներգիա կհաղորդի։
Ջրային բուժմամբ կարելի է ազատվել գաստրիտից 10 օրում, արյան բարձր ճնշման ու շաքարախտի դեպքում ջրային բուժումը կտևի 30 օր։
Սակայն եթե տառապում եք արթրիտով, ապա ջրային պրոցեդուրան պետք է կատարել 3 օր, ապա 1 շաբաթ դադար տալ և նորից կրկնել։
Ամեն առավոտ ջուր խմելու դեպքում կսկսեք առավել հաճախ զուգարան գնալ։ Սրանից բացի այն ոչ մի այլ կողմնակի ազդեցություն չի ունենում։
