Կրծքով կերակրումն ընդդեմ արհեստականի. ահա բոլոր առավելություններն ու թերությունները

Բոլոր նորածիններին կոչում են կրծքի երեխա` չնայած նրան, որ նրանցից բոլորը չեն սնվում մայրիկի կաթով: Շատերը մեծանում են կաթնախառնուրդով, և այդուհանդերձ, ոչնչով չեն զիջում կրծքով սնվող երեխաներին: Ի՞նչ ընտրել՝ արհեստակա՞ն, թե՞ կրծքով կերակրում՝ հարց, որը տանջում է շատ ծնողների:

 

 

 

 

 

Կրծքով կերակրման առավելությունները

Մայրական կաթը բնական ու իդեալական սնունդ է ամեն երեխայի համար: Մարդը միլիոնավոր տարիներ շարունակ սկսում է իր կյանքը մայրական կաթից:

Մայրական կաթը հենց այն է, ինչ պետք է ցանկացած փոքրիկի՝ թարմ, գոլ, միկրոէլեմենտներով հարուստ:  

Մայրական կաթը պարունակում է ճարպեր, ածխաջրեր, ֆերմենտներ, հորմոններ, իմունոգլոբուլին, հանդիսանում է աճի խթանիչ  ու նաև հակամարմիններ է ստեղծում օրգանիզմի համար: Մի խոսքով՝ օրգանիզմի աճի ու զարգացման համար երեխային տալիս է գրեթե ամեն ինչ:

Կրծքով կերակրումը արագացնում է արգանդի կրճատման գործընթացը ծննդաբերությունից հետո:

Բացասական կողմերը

Սակայն այն ունի նաև իր բացասական կողմերը: Այն ճիշտ կազմակերպելը շատ ժամանակ է խլում մայրիկից: Բացի դրանից՝ կրծքով կերակրման պրոցեսն է իրենից մեծ բարդություն ներկայացնում հատկապես առաջնածին մայրիկների համար: Մի խոսքով՝ եթե ձեզ համար կարևորը անձնական հարմարավետությունն է, ուրեմն՝ կրծքով կերակրելը ձեզ համար չէ:  

Մայրիկների նոր սերունդը հիմնականում արհեստական կերակրման կողմնակից է: Այս տարբերակով երեխային սնելն ունի իր դրական կողմերը:

Արհեստական կերակրման առավելությունները

Ծննդկանի կրծքերի հետ կապված ցանկացած խնդրի բացառում:

Երեխային այլ մարդու խնամքին թողնելու մեծ հնարավորություն, ինչպես նաև երեխային առանց ճիգ գործադրելու սնելու տարբերակ: Չէ՞ որ կրծքով սնվելիս երեխան ջանք է գործադրում կաթը քաշելու համար, իսկ արհեստական կերակրման պարագայում նա ուղղակի ուտում է ծծակից հոսող կաթը:

Արհեստական սնվող երեխաները ավելի երկար են քնում, որովհետև արհեստական կաթը դժվար է մարսվում, հետևաբար երեխան ուշ է քաղցում:

Բացասական կողմերը

Անվերջ քաշքշուկներ՝ կաթնախառնուրդ պատրաստելու համար:

Շշերի ստերիլիզացում, ջրի եռացում, կաթնախառնուրդի ջերմաստիճանը նորմայի բերելու հավերժական խնդիր: Եվ այս ամենը՝ նաև գիշերը:

Անգամ ամենաիդեալական ադապտացիա անցած կաթնախառնուրդը երբեք չի կարող փոխարինել մայրական կաթին:

Արհեստական կաթով սնվող երեխաները սովորաբար ավելորդ քաշի խնդիր են ունենում:  

Այսպիսով՝ ստացվում է, որ կերակրման ցանկացած տարբերակի դեպքում էլ կան և՛ դրական, և՛ բացասական կողմեր: Եվ ամեն մայրիկ ինքն է ընտրում, թե որն է ավելի հարմար իրեն ու իր բալիկին: Ու հիշե՛ք, կրծքով կկերակրեք ձեր փոքրիկին, թե արհեստական կաթնախառնուրդով, այդ ամենը ժամանակավոր է: Շուտով բալիկը կմեծանա, ու նա կսնվի այնպես, ինչպես և դուք, և ձեր բոլոր տարակուսանքներն ու հարցականները հօդս կցնդեն:
