Օստեոխոնդրոզի առաջացման պատճառներն ու բուժման միջոցները

Օստեոխոնդրոզը ողնաշարի ամենատարածված հիվանդություններից է, որն ախտահարում է մարդու հոդերը: Առաջին հերթին այն ազդում է միջհոդային աճառային հյուսվածքների վրա, որից հետո աճառային հյուսվածքը կարող է ամբողջությամբ քայքայվել: Այս հիվանդությունն առաջացնում է ուժեղ ցավեր, մկանային սպազմներ, վերջույթների թմրածություն, գլխացավեր, ծանրության զգացողություն և այլ տհաճ ախտանշաններ:
Բացի հոդերից, օստեոխոնդրոզը բացասաբար է ազդում նաև նյարդային համակարգի վրա. այս ախտորոշմամբ հիվանդների 20%-ի մոտ նկատվում են հոգեկան խանգարումներ, կարող են առաջանալ խուճապային նոպաներ, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ կապված չեն հիվանդության հետ: Պարանոցային հատվածի օստեոխոնդրոզի դեպքում խուճապային նոպաներն արտահայտվում են շնչահեղձության նոպաներով, առատ քրտնարտադրությամբ, սրտի զարկերի արագացմամբ, վախի զգացումով, խուճապի զգացողությամբ, ծոծրակի հատվածում ծանրության զգացողությամբ, տեսողության մթագնումով, մատների ծայրերի ծակծկոցով և այլ ախտանշաններով:
Եթե խուճապային նոպաները պայմանավորված են այս հիվանդությամբ, ապա բուժումից հետո դրա ախտանշաններն իրենք իրենց են անցնում:
Օստեոխոնդրոզի առաջացման պատճառները
Գոյություն ունի օստեոխոնդրոզի առաջացման մի քանի պատճառ, սակայն գիտնականների հավաստմամբ՝ բժշկությանը դեռ ամեն ինչ հայտնի չէ: Հաճախ հիվանդության առաջացման պատճառ են դառնում պասիվ ապրելակերպը, ողնաշարի վնասվածքները, լարվածությունը կամ տարիքային փոփոխությունները:
Բացի այդ, կան նաև մի շարք այլ պատճառներ, ինչպիսիք են ճարպակալումը, գենետիկ հակվածությունը, վատ սնունդը, վատ կեցվածքը, անհարմար կոշիկները, ողնաշարի գերլարվածությունը, ուժեղ սթրեսը, վատ սովորությունները և այլն:
Օստեոխոնդրոզի բուժումը պետք է իրականացվի մի քանի մեթոդով: Առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է մեղմացնել ցավը, այնուհետև ֆիքսել հոդերն ու մկանները և վերականգնել աճառային հյուսվածքները: Բուժման հիմնական մեթոդը բուժիչ մերսումն է, մարմնամարզությունը, ողնաշարի հատվածում տարբեր դեղամիջոցների ներարկումն ու ողնաշարի ձգումը:
Եթե հիվանդությունը խորացել է, ապա որոշ դեպքերում կարող է լինել վիրահատական միջամտության կարիք:
Օստեոխոնդրոզի կանխարգելման լավագույն միջոցն առողջ ապրելակերպն է: Մասնավորապես՝ հարկավոր է օգտագործել առողջ սնունդ, սպորտով զբաղվել, հրաժարվել վատ սովորություններից, սահմանափակել ալկոհոլը և այլն:
