INTERVIEW
Նոյեմբերի 15-ին գրանցվեց բժշկի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնություն գործադրելու հերթական փաստը: Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Երեւանի Աջափնյակ համայնքում: Առաքելյան փողոցի տներից մեկի բնակիչը շտապօգնություն է կանչել եւ երբ շտապօգնության խումբը տեղ է հասել, տան տերը վիճել է բժշկի հետ, ապա հարվածներ հասցրել նրա գլխին:
Բժշկի նկատմամբ բռնության հերթական դեպքի առիթով Past.am-ը զրուցեց բժիշկ-ուրոլոգ, «Երիտասարդ բժիշկների հայկական ասոցիացիայի» նախագահ Գեւորգ Գրիգորյանի հետ.
«Թե՛ որպես բժիշկ, թե՛ որպես հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար՝ միանշանակ դատապարտում եմ նման վերաբերմունքը բուժաշխատողի նկատմամբ: Անընդունելի է, երբ բժիշկը գնում է մասնագիտական պարտականությունը կատարելու` հիվանդին օգնելու ու փրկելու եւ արժանանում է նման վերաբերմունքի, դա դատապարտելի է: Չի՛ կարելի բժշկի վրա ձեռք բարձրացնել, բռնություն գործադրել»,-ասաց բժիշկ-ուրոլոգն՝ իր զարմանքն արտահայտելով բժշկի հանդեպ մարդկանց անհարգալից վերաբերմունքի նկատմամբ: «Անկեղծ ասած, ինձ համար անհասկանալի է մարդկանց վերաբերմունքը:
Անհասկանալի է նաեւ, թե նման դեպքերում բժիշկներն ինչ կերպ պետք է պաշտպանվեն»:
ԵԲՀԱ նախագահը նկատում է, որ բժիշկ-պացիենտ հարաբերություների վերաբերյալ հասարակական ընկալումը օբեկտիվ չէ:
«Բժշկի՝ մասնագիտական պարտականություններում թերացումը ենթակա է քրեական պատասխանատվության և ուղեկցվում է հասարակական սուր և արտահայտված վերաբերմունքով, բայց բուժաշխատողների բռնության դեպքերը հաճախակիանում են, դեպքերը կրկնվում են, և դա մնում է անպատիժ: Բժիշկն իր մասնագիտական աշխատանքն իրականացնելիս պետք է վստահ լինի, որ ինքը պաշտպանված է օրենքով, պետք է ունենա իր մասնագիտական շահերի պաշտպանը, ինչպես աշխարհի զարգացած երկրներում:
Մենք այսօր չունենք բուժաշխատողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության գրասենյակ՝ բժշկական օմբուդսմեն, սակայն կարծում եմ, որ վերջին դեպքը եւս մեկ ահազանգ է, որ բուժաշխատողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խնդիրներն այսօր օրհասական են եւ պետք է ամրագրված լինեն օրենքով»:
