«ՀԺ». Մովսես Հակոբյանի չարաշահումների մասին հայտարարությունները զինդատախազն ուղարկել է ՔԿ

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից ցորենի գնման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ Վահան Բադասյանի հայտարարությունների մասին մամուլում տեղ գտած հրապարակումները ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազի կողմից սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ին ուղարկվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչություն՝ նյութեր նախապատրաստելու համար:
Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան երեկ այդ մասին տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Վահան Բադասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հոկտեմբերին այսպիսի գրառում էր արել. «ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը, լինելով նախկինում ՀՀ ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ, չարաշահելով իր պաշտոնական դիրքը, խախտելով գնումների մասին օրենքը, շուկայականից զգալի բարձր գներով իր ձեռնարկության և ՊՆ-ի միջև կնքել է ցորենի գնման պայմանագիր, ինչի արդյունքում բանակից յուրացվել է մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն դրամ»:
Այնուհետեւ մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտարարել էր, որ դա միակը չէ Մովսես Հակոբյանի եւ նրա շրջապատի չարաշահումներից, ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի բազմաթիվ գնումներում կան բազմաթիվ չարաշահումներ:
«Ղարաբաղում ո՞վ չգիտի, որ Մովսես Հակոբյանն իրականացնում է հացաթխման գործողություն եւ ապահովում մի քանի զորամասեր: Դա նորմալ երեւո՞ւյթ եք համարում: Ինքը գեներա՞լ է, թե՞ հացթուխ: Ինքը գեներալ չի, չի տիրապետում բանակին, չի տիրապետում մարտական գործողությունների կազմակերպմանը, դրանց դեմն առնելու հարցերին: Ես դա ասում եմ որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ զինվորական: Դա ցույց տվեց ապրիլի 2-ը: Բայց ինքը շատ լավ տիրապետում է փողերի մսխմանը: Օրինակ դուք տեղյա՞կ եք, որ ինքը բանակի փողերով բնակարան է կառուցել, բանակին այդ բնակարանը վաճառել է 1 միլիոն 200 հազար դոլարով, եւ բանակը իրեն նվեր է տվել այդ տունը: Միայն այդ փաստը բավարար է, որ դատախազությունը քրեական գործ հարուցի եւ անհապաղ ազատությունից զրկի Սերժ Սարգսյանին, Սեյրան Օհանյանին եւ Մովսես Հակոբյանին, էլ մյուս հանցակիցներին չեմ ասում»,- ասել էր Բադասյանը»:
