«Ժողովուրդ». Ինչո՞ւ «Սասնա ծռերին» տրված խոստումները չկատարվեցին. Բալասանյանի ծրագրերը փոխվել են

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավումից անցել է ավելի քան 4 ամիս: Ու թեեւ իրադարձություններն արագ են զարգանում, այնուամենայնիվ, դրանցից բխող կարեւոր հարցը մինչ օրս պատասխան չի ստացել. ինչու «Սասնա ծռերին» տրված խոստումները չկատարվեցին: Այդ օրերին «խաղաղության աղավնու» դեր ստանձնած Արցախի հերոս, ԼՂՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Վիտալի Բալասանյանը անուրանալի դերակատարություն ունեցավ հնարավոր արյունահեղությունը կանխելու գործում: Սակայն կարճ ժամանակ անց պարզվեց` նրա ծրագրերը փոխվել են: Ինչպես հայտնի է` Վիտալի Բալասանյանը «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամներին հայտնել էր, որ զենքերը վայր դնելու եւ հանձնվելու պայմանով Սերժ Սարգսյանը պատրաստ է հանդիպել «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» անդամ Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի հետ, ով այդ ժամանակ արդեն կալանավորված էր: Վ. Բալասանյանի խոսքն այդպես էլ իրականություն չդարձավ:

Բացի այդ՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն էլ գրավոր ծանուցումներ էր բաժանում՝ «Ծռերին» հայտնելով, որ ինքնակամ հանձնվելու դեպքում կլինեն մեղմացուցիչ հանգամանքներ:

Սակայն մեղմացումների փոխարեն շուրջ 12 զինյալների մեղադրանքները խստացվեցին եւ ավելացվեցին, իսկ Վիտալի Բալասանյանն էլ նոյեմբերի 3-ին նշանակվեց ԼՂՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնում: Խոստումների մասին մոռացել են գրեթե բոլորը: Մինչդեռ ճիշտ կլիներ, որ վստահություն վայելող մարդիկ այնպիսի խոստումներ տային, որոնք  ի զորու կլինեին իրագործել՝ այդկերպ խուսափելով նաեւ հանրության մոտ օրեցօր արմատացող անվստահության մթնոլորտից»:
