ԱՄՆ-ի ներկայիս վարչակազմը, որը հունվարին հեռանում Է քաղաքական ասպարեզից, նոյեմբերի 17-ին սկսել Է գործերի հանձնումը երկրի  նախագահ ընտրված Դոնալդ Թրամփի շրջապատին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը: 

Ինչպես հայտնել Է Սպիտակ տան պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Բրենդի Հոֆինը, «ընտրյալ նախագահի թիմն այժմ արել Է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը, որպեսզի լիազոր անձանց նախնական խումբն սկսի ունկնդրել ճեպազրույցները եւ ստանալ մյուս նյութերը մեր պաշտոնատար անձանցից, որոնք իշխանության հանձնման համար պատասխանատու են կառավարության առանձին գերատեսչություններում»:     

Իր հերթին, ԱՄՆ-ի Պետդեպարտամենտի մամուլի ծառայության պետ Ջոն Քիրբին հայտարարել Է, որ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունում արդեն կայացել Է առաջին շփումը հանրապետական Թրամփի գործակիցների հետ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
