ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ ընտրված Դոնալդ Թրամփը Միթ Ռոմնիին դիտարկում Է որպես պետքարտուղարի պաշտոնի թեկնածուներից մեկը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 17-ին հայտնել են NBC եւ MSNBC հեռուստաընկերությունները: Նրանք նշում են, որ այդ տեղեկատվությունը հաստատել են Թրամփին մոտ աղբյուրները: Ռոմնին ընտրված նախաահի հետ պետք Է հանդիպի նոյեմբերի 20-ին՝ քննարկելու հնարավոր նշանակումը:
