Հայաստանն Իրանին հնարավորություն է ընձեռում խնայելու Ադրբեջանի դեմ ուղղվելիք իր ռեսուրսները

– Երկու օր առաջ իրանական Pars գործակալությունը տեղեկություն տարածեց, որ Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանին եկող շաբաթ այցելելու է Հայաստան, բայց այնուհետ տեղեկացրեց, որ այցը կայանալու է մինչև տարեվերջ: Մի քանի ժամվա մեջ ինչ–որ բա՞ն է փոխվել:
 
– Դրա մեջ լուրջ իմաստ դնել պետք չէ: Ըստ ամենայնի, տեխնիկական վրիպակ է: Բայց դժվար չէ ենթադրել, որ նման կարճ ժամանակահատվածում նախագահի պաշտոնական այցի կազմակերպումն այդքան էլ հեշտ չի: Ըստ էության, դեկտեմբերի երկրորդ կեսն ավելի իրատեսական է թվում` այցի կազմակերպման և իրականացման տեսանկյունից: Եթե դառնանք քաղաքական բաղադրիչին, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ նման այցը չափազանց կարևոր է` ամփոփելու հայ–իրանական հարաբերությունների հատկապես վերջին շրջանափուլը, նաև անդրադառնալու ապագա ծրագրերին: Ծրագրեր, որոնցում շահագրգիռ է թե Հայաստանը, թե Իրանը:
 
– Նախագահ Ռոհանիի այցի մասին խոսվում է գրեթե 1,5 տարի: Այցն անընդհատ ձգձգվում էր: Արդեն ընտրված ժամկետները քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունեն: Ինչո՞ւ հիմա:
 
– Հայաստանի անկախությունից ի վեր Իրանի բոլոր նախագահներն այցելել են մեր երկիր, և առնվազն տարօրինակ կլիներ, եթե ներկա նախագահը չայցելեր: Ինչ վերաբերում է այցի տեղեկատվությանը և տեղեկատվության հիման վրա հեռուն գնացող դատողություններ անելուն, ապա չպետք է ենթատեքստ փնտրել: Ակնհայտ է, որ պատժամիջոցներից դուրս եկած Իրանը բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ունի, տարբեր երկրների հետ հարաբերություններ ունի, և բնական է, որ նախագահի ժամանակացույցը խիստ հագեցած է: Այս համատեքստում իրանական կողմն էլ է նշել, որ Հայաստանը բացառիկ երկիր է, որովհետև Իրանի փաստացիորեն միակ քրիստոնյա հարևանն է: Իրանցիները գնահատում են դա և մեր երկրի հետ հարաբերություններին նշանակալի կարևորություն են տալիս:
 
– Այդ կարևորության քաղաքական բաղադրիչը ո՞րն է:
 
– Այն բաղկացած է մի քանի մասից: Նախևառաջ, Հայաստանը Հարավային Կովկասում Իրանի ամենավստահելի գործընկերն է: Վստահության աստիճանն այս վերջին շրջանում բարձրացել է, և դրա ապացույցն է երկու երկրների միջև վիզային ռեժիմի չեղարկումը: Երկրորդ` Հայաստանը, Հարավային Կովկասում իրականացնելով Ադրբեջանի զսպման քաղաքականություն, որոշակի հնարավորություն է տալիս խնայելու հակաիրանական ուղղվածություն ունեցող պետական այս միավորի դեմ ուղղվելիք իրանական ռեսուրսները: Մյուս կողմից էլ եթե դիտարկելու լինենք ընդհանուր մերձավորարևելյան իրավիճակը, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ Իրանի հարևաններից ոչ բոլորն են, որ բարեկամական տրամադրվածություն ունեն այդ երկրի հանդեպ, և այդ շարքում Հայաստանը բացառիկ է: Բացի այդ, Մերձավոր արևելքում ընթացող ծայրահեղականության, ահաբեկչության, էթնիկական և կրոնական խնդիրների հսկայական թնջուկի համատեքստում հայ–իրանական հարաբերություններն ուղղակի օրինակելի են:
