Երբեմն տանից բացակայելու ընթացքում լինում են հոսանքի անջատումներ, ինչի հետևանքով տան ամբողջ տեխնիկան՝ սառնարանը ներառյալ, դադարում է գործել։ Առաջին հայացքից սա սովորական երևույթ է, սակայն իրականությունն այն է, որ երբ սառնարանն անջատվում է, միջի մթերքները փչանում են և դառնում են անպիտան։

Եթե մետաղադրամը բաժակի միջնամասում է, ապա սառնարանը անջատվել է կարճ ժամանակով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մթերքների մեծ մասը դեռ պիտանի են։
Պետք չէ ռիսկի տակ դնել սեփական առողջությունը. եթե կասկածում եք մթերքների թարմությանը, ապա միանշանակ դեն նետեք դրանք։
