Վենեսուելայում բանկոմատները օրական հինգ դոլարից շատ կանխիկ գումար չեն տրամադրի

Վենեսուելայի իշխանությունները պետական ու մասնավոր բանկերին արգելել են իրենց բաժանունքների միջոցով կամ բանկոմատներով տրամադրել օրական ավելի քան 10 հազար բոլիվար, ինչը համարժեք է շուրջ հինգ դոլարի, գրում է El Nacional թերթը։

Սահմանափակումն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու դեկտեմբերի 1-ից, բայց բնակչությունն ու իրավաբանական անձինք արդեն նոյեմբերի կեսերից գումար ստանալու հարցում դժվարությունների են բախվում, նշում է պարբերականը։

Երկրի ԿԲ-ն նման որոշում է կայացրել, քանի որ բավականաչափ կանխիկ գումար չունի։ Վերջին մեկ ամսում կանխիկ գումարի ներհոսքը պետական ու մասնավոր բանկերում կրճատվել է 50 տոկոսով։ ԿԲ-ն մեծ անվանական արժեքով նոր թղթադրամեր պետք է ստանա, որոնք շրջանառության մեջ կդրվեն դեկտեմբերի 15-ից։

Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Վենեսուելայի նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոն հայտնել է, որ մտադիր է ՕՊԵԿ երկրների հաջորդ նիստին հրավիրել ԱՄՆ-ին ու ընդլայնել կարտելը՝ այն վերածելով նոր նավթային դաշինքի։ Վենեսուելան ակտիվ աջակցում է նավթի արդյունահանումը սահմանափակելու վերաբերյալ՝ ՕՊԵԿ-ի նախաձեռնությունները։

Վենեսուելան լրջորեն տուժել է 2014-ին նավթի գների անկումից։ ԱՄՀ կանխատեսումներով 2017-ին երկրում գնաճը կազմելու է 1640 տոկոս, իսկ ընթացիկ տարում՝ հասնելու է 480 տոկոսի։ Երկրում պարենամթերքի ու դեղորայքի պակաս է նկատվում։ Վենեսուելան ստիպված է եղել բացել հարեւան Կոլումբիայի հետ սահմանը, որպեսզի երկրի բնակիչները կարողանան ապրանքներ գնել հարեւան երկրում։
