  • Հաղթահարեք մեղքի զգացումը, ինչը խանգարում է Ձեզ անել այն, ինչ ուզում եք:
  • Ապագայի անորոշության  նկատմամբ Ձեր վախերը նույնպես պետք է հաղթահարել: Մեկ վստահ քայլ և կտեսնեք, թե ինչ նոր ճանապարհ է բացվում Ձեր առջև:
  • Դադարեք ափսոսալ: Այդ զգացումը Ձեզանից միայն անիմաստ էներգիա կխլի:
  • Աշխատեք չանհանգստանալ ու շատ չմտահոգվել: Անհանգստություններն ու մտահոգությունները Ձեզ ամենևին պետք չեն:
  • Դադարեք Ձեր անհաջողությունների համար մեղադրել ուրիշներին: Ինքներդ կրեք Ձեր գործողությունների պատասխանատվությունը: Եթե Ձեզ ինչ-որ բան դուր չի գալիս, դուք ունեք երկու տարբերակ՝ ընդունել այն կամ հրաժարվել  նրանից:
  • Հեռու վանեք այն միտքը, որ Ձեզ հետ ինչ-որ բան այն  չէ: Դուք աշխարհին անհրաժեշտ եք այնպիսին ինչպիսին,  որ կաք:
  • Մի մտածեք, որ Ձեր երազանքները կարևոր չեն, միշտ հետևեք սրտի թելադրանքին, զբաղվեք այն գործով ինչը Ձեզ իսկապես դուր է գալիս:
  • Մոռացեք  բոլոր պարտականություններն  ու ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը Ձեզ վրա վերցնելու սովորույթը: Ձեր ամբողջ  էներգիան մի ծախսեք աշխատանքային պարտականությունները  կատարելու  վրա, առաջին հերթին հոգ տարեք Ձեր մասին: Դուք  կարևոր եք:

 

 

 

  • Վանեք Ձեզանից այն միտքը, որ բոլորը ավելի երջանիկ են, հաջողակ են, քան Դուք: Միշտ հիշեք՝ Դուք գտնվում եք այնտեղ, որտեղ պետք է լինեիք, Ձեզ մոտ ամեն ինչ ավելի քան լավ է ընթանում:
