Նռան օգտակարության մասին խոսելիս, որպես կանոն, նկատի ենք ունենում նռան հյութը կամ հատիկները: Սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ նույնիսկ այս համեղ մրգի կեղևը բուժիչ նշանակություններ ունի:

Նռան կեղևը հենց այն է, ինչը պետք է միշտ լինի մեր տանը: Այն պարունակում է այնպիսի տարրեր, որոնք ճնշում են ստամոքսաղիքային տրակտի վնասակար բակտերիաները:

Նռան չոր կեղևի թուրմի օգտագործումից արդեն 2-3 ժամ անց թեթևանում են լուծի պատճառով առաջացած ցավերը: Բացի այդ, կեղևն ամրացնում է աղիները, քանի որ պարունակում է պոլիֆենոլներ: Այն նաև ունի ճիճվաթափ ազդեցություն:

Մեկ չափաբաժնի բաղադրությունը

  • 10-12 գ նռան չոր կեղև
  • 200 մլ ջուր

Ջուրը եռացրեք: Կեղևը լցրեք նախօրոք տաքացրած տարայի մեջ: Կեղևի վրա լցրեք եռացրած ջուրը, թողեք թրմվի 25-30 րոպե: Լուծույթը քամել պետք չէ:

Սկզզբում խմեք ստացված լուծույթի կեսը, արդեն իսկ 10 րոպե անց թեթևություն կզգաք: Եթե թեթևություն չզգաք, 30 րոպե անց մնացած կեսը խմեք, իսկ ևս 30 րոպե անց դեղամիջոցի վերջին չափաբաժինը խմեք:

Քանի որ նռան կեղևն ալերգիկ է, խորհուրդ է տրվում երեխաներին քիչ չափաբաժնով տալ:
