Լիբանանի Անկախության օրվան ընդառաջ կառավարության կազմը շարունակում է մնալ չհրապարակված

Լիբանանի Անկախության տոնին ընդառաջ երկրում շարունակվում է դեռևս անհայտ մնալ նոր կառավարության կազմը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Լիբանանում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը: Ներկայացնում ենք հոդվածն ամբողջությամբ:
«Լիբանանեան քաղաքական իրադարձութիւններուն ճշմարտութիւնը եկաւ հաստատելու, որ այս երկրին մէջ լաւատեսութիւնն ու քաղաքական համախոհութիւնը չեն կրնար երկարատեւ ըլլալ:
Փաստը այն է, որ Լիբանանի անկախութեան 73-ամեակին սեմին կառավարութեան կազմութեան հոլովոյթը կը մնայ արգելակուած, մինչդեռ բոլորին յոյսերն ու ճիգերը ուղղուած էին նախքան Անկախութեան տօնը կառավարութեան նոր կազմի յայտարարութեան:
Սակայն ինչ որ Անկախութեան տօնի սեմին չպատահեցաւ, կրնայ Անկախութեան տօնի նախօրեակին, այսինքն` այսօր պատահիլ, որովհետեւ հակառակ կառավարութիւնը կազմելու աշխատանքին վրայ իրենք զիրենք պարտադրող թնճուկներուն, վարչապետ Սաատ Հարիրի կը մնայ լաւատես` ընդգծելով, որ մօտիկ ապագային ինք պիտի յայտարարէ նոր կառավարութիւնը:
Միւս կողմէ, հանրապետութեան նախագահ զօր. Միշել Աուն այսօր երեկոյեան ժամը 8:00-ին լիբանանեան լսատեսողական լրատուամիջոցներուն ընդմէջէն պիտի փոխանցէ Լիբանանի Անկախութեան տօնին առիթով իր Ա. պատգամը:
Նշենք, որ նախագահ Աուն երէկ ընկերակցութեամբ Լիբանանի Ա. տիկին Նատիա Աունի, նախագահական պալատի մուտքի դահլիճին մէջ Դրօշակի տօնին առիթով, պաշտօնական արարողութեամբ մը ստացաւ «Ժողովուրդին դրօշակը»:
Նախագահ Աուն յայտնեց, որ այդ ձեռնարկը շատ հարազատ է իրենց համար, որովհետեւ Լիբանանի այդ դրօշակը իրենց նման 15 տարի արգելափակուեցաւ եւ փրկուեցաւ ու իր բնական հասցէին վերադարձաւ շնորհիւ Լէյլա Հապըրի, որ զայն խնամքով պահած էր:
Նախագահ Աուն հաստատեց, որ դէպի Պաապտա կատարուած ժողովրդային ցոյցերուն ընթացքին քաղաքացիները հրաւիրուած էին այդ դրօշակին վրայ ստորագրելու` Լիբանանը միացնելու նպատակով, «հետեւաբար այս դրօշակը կը խորհրդանշէ Լիբանանի հողն ու ժողովուրդը», ըսաւ ան:
210 քառ. մեթր դրօշակը նախագահական պալատ բերուեցաւ Լիբանանի սկաուտական խումբերուն կողմէ, իսկ այս առիթով նախագահական պալատի հանդիսութեան պաշտօնական յայտագիրին իր մասնակցութիւնը բերաւ «Ֆայհա» երգչախումբը, ղեկավարութեամբ` մայեսթրօ Պարգեւ Թասլաքեանի:
Լիբանանի Անկախութեան տօնին առիթով նախագահ Աուն շնորհաւորական հեռագիրներ ստացաւ Միացեալ Նահանգներու նախագահ Պարաք Օպամայէն, Սէուտական Արաբիոյ Սալման պըն Ապտել Ազիզ թագաւորէն, ՄԱԿ-ի ընդհանուր քարտուղար Պան Քի Մունէն, Աւստրալիոյ ընդհանուր կառավարիչ զօր. Փիթըր Քոսկրովէն, Պաղեստինեան իշխանութեան նախագահ Մահմուտ Ապպասէն, Ալճերիոյ նախագահ Ապտել Ազիզ Պութաֆլիքայէն եւ Թուրքիոյ նախագահ Ռեճեփ Թայիփ Էրտողանէն»:
