Շենգավիթի սպանության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ևս երեք անձի

Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել քննչական գործողություններ՝ «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահի տարածքում նոյեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանությունների հանգամանքները, մասնակիցների շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ևս 3 անձի։ Ալիկ Բանդուրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Մ.Մուշեղյանի սպանությունը դրդելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով, Արմեն Գասպարյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ նախապատրաստվող ծանր հանցագործության մասին իմանալ-չհայտնելու համար, Արտակ Նազարյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունը պարտակելու համար։
Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկացրել էր, որ 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող գեղեցկության սրահներից մեկում հնչած կրակոցների հետևանքով ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել է երկու անձ՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ Գևորգ Ավետիսյանը և Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը, ևս մեկ անձ՝ Արամ Պետրոսյանը, հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել կրծքավանդակի աջ հատվածում, և նրա վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր: Մ.Մուշեղյանի դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են նաև կտրող-ծակող առարկայով պատճառված մարմնական վնասվածք՝ որովայնի շրջանում։
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում նոյեմբերի 18-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև Պետրոս Իսրայելյանին՝ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի սպանության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով (սպանություն, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից) և Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից կատարված սպանությանն օժանդակելը)։
Այսպիսով՝ նոյեմբերի 21-ի դրությամբ նշված քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել 5 անձ։ Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ բոլոր մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ։
