ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ զինված խմբի կողմից 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակետային ծառայության (ՊՊԾ) գնդի վարչական շենքերն ու հարակից տարածքը զավթելու և պահելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 219-րդ և 235-րդ հոդվածներով հարուցված քրեական գործով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը մեղադրյալներ Վարուժան Ավետիսյանի, Պավել Մանուկյանի, Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի, Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի, Էդվարդ Գրիգորյանի, Սմբատ Բարսեղյանի, Մխիթար Ավետիսյանի, Արմեն Բիլյանի, Կարո Եղնուկյանի, Խաչատուր Գիչյանի, Սեդրակ Նազարյանի, Արմեն Լամբարյանի, Արայիկ Խանդոյանի և Արեգ Կյուրեղյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործն անջատել է, և մեղադրական եզրակացություն կազմելու համար հավաքված ապացույցները բավարար համարելով՝ այդ մասին հաղորդել է մեղադրյալներին, պաշտպաններին, տուժողներին, դատավարության մյուս մասնակիցներին:
